Adam Corolla has been fighting a fairly well publicized war against these idiots over something to do with the way most podcasts are presented in an episodic fashion. Pieces of garbage like this need to be stopped

    That's what we did, there was a station right behind the hotel we stayed at, plus it was free to park at the hotel so that was a bonus.

    That's exactly why when I road tripped to NYC a few years ago, I parked the Explorer and took public transit or walked everywhere for the whole week.

    I tend to agree. The classic SUV look really isn't the in vogue style anymore. Like it or not the CUV style is in style and is probably here to stay.

    Half a dozen? Pilot plant has been busy! All of the Ford Performance cars that were at NAIAS were built there too.

    From what I know talking to people at work that were there when MKII was still in production, that car was a major headache to build. My team leader said the front clip itself was one of the worst designs she had ever seen in her then 15 years working there. The fact that they ruled out a hatchback due to crash test worries doesn't surprise me at all.

    Here's the other thing too, how many MKII focus do you see driving around? I see one every now and then, but not nearly as often as you should to warrant keeping it on sale. There's a reason it only made it one model year.

    It's not that it's not flexible, it's that they crammed too much into a tiny space. Someone didn't think they layout through very well when they designed and rebuilt it after they moved the Expedition down to Kentucky.

    Any mechanically inclined folks know how hard of a job it is to replace the lower control arms and sway bar links? I just replaced my struts and the guys at the alignment shop told me they are in dire need of replacement. Any special tools needed?

    In NA, MAP doesn't have room in Body and Stamping for the tooling needed to do a coupe or 3-door.

    Wow really? Normally Honda small engines are damn near bulletproof. At least in my experience.

    Being that WRC uses the Fiesta as a rally car, Ford can take lessons learned from engineering that car and apply it to the AWD system of the street performance car

    For me, that's not a problem exclusive to the Canyorado. I would be hesitant to buy ANY all new model in its first year.
