    My order shipped to Kansas on 7 Feb and everything went dark. Dealership has no answers. For customer service has been helpful.

    I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid brand new. I never had any issues. Worked as aspected and have over 200000 miles and counting. One of my favorite vehicles.

    I am also changing the home fleet to all eletric. All the incentives make it worth it and hopefully will get better this year if certain bills pass.

    Wanted to get ahead of the EV orders so had been on board for a while. It forced me to upgrade my homes power box great investment. I also live in Texas and will receive a $2500 grant that covevered the upgrade and power station for the EV. So great timing

    Honestly the tactics of many dealerships and logistical nightmares contribute to to lower sales. I have been patiently waiting and ford has missed every deadline given. Plus take control of the corrupt dealership practices. My dealership attempt to do a 30K markup on my order. Luckily I was prepared.

    I agree. I purchased that home station for that reason. The advantage of refueling in your sleep. As far as long distant travel the new road way technology will be here before we know it and you will only need to stop for restroom breaks. That is forseeable

    Thank you for the list of resources. I have been lost during this process until I found this forum. The dealership attempted to mark my vehicle up 30K and has provided no services to me so I ordered a second vehicle and should receive it soon with a better store. I still have no access to VVR reports everyone just seems lost at the stores or unwilling to provide any info. So thank you for the information it was very helpful.
