Due to your overwhelming use of lime green you should call the site fordlime.com :happy feet: Oh and shame on you for junk faxing dealerships they do not deserve that... :poke:

P.S. Go buy a toyota or you may end up :missing: I think Ford secret service agents may pounce on you at anytime and put you in the footing of the latest Mexican assembly plant. :ninja:

just an opinion-

We all seem to forget, but none of us live forever...how many years has the smelly taurus been a problem now? Move on man, enjoy whats left before its too late. My dog pooped on the floor and it didnt make me happy, but I didnt keep looking at the stain and try and rub her nose in it 5 years later...just replace the carpet, and move on to something positive-

son of a bitch...kid just said 'zoey went doodoo'....gotta go

My first reaction was "what a loser". Then I visited the site and now I just feel sad for you.

Anyone that exerts this much eneregy has problems way larger than Ford Motor Company. I hope one day you redirect your energy into things constructive and stop channelling negative energy. It is unhealthy!!!

Lets see if I understand this correctly. Lemon buys a Taurus in 1998 and experiances a problem with mold in the A/C system. Then he spends the next 8 years railing against Ford because he is unhappy with the dealer's response. First mold and water build up in the A/C system isn't an uncommon problem with modern cars. just listen to Car Talk on any given Saturday. Second, I would have to believe that Canada has some type of lemon law that would provide fro a buy back if the problem did exist and could not be remedied. He says Ford refused his demands for settlement. he never states what demand he made. Did he ever bother to retain a lawyer and file suit? 8 years seems an irrationally long time to hold on to a car you don't drive and to devote so much time and energy to venting your spleen. Probably not much spleen left to vent in this case.

Lemon, here is a reality check

1). Automobiles are complex machines and sometimes things go wrong.

2). Most times these problems can be fixed. The A/C system can be opened, disinfected and the drains cleared.

3). Life is full of wonderful things. Unfortunately, life can be short. It is certainly too short to spend so much of it in anger.

4). Many of us on this site own Ford products which we love and which have provided us with great service, (some of them are even Taurus models).

5). If you never buy another ford for the rest of your life, that is your choice and your right.

6). Constructive criticism is welcome because it is Constructive

7). Most of us just don't need to hear you rant about your 8 year old car.

I certainly do not expect that any of this will change your mind. You are obvoiusly so consumed by your quest to acknowledge any of the above. I do not know what your original goal might have been. At this point in your crusade it probably doesn't even matter any more.

I hope you manage to find peace. Just my 2 cents worth.

DearbornDerek: Thank you for visiting: http://www.otisfordsucks.com 35,300+ hits, and counting...<grin>

Dear Otis:

It is 2006. Your leased 1995 T-Bird is now 11 years old and your lease expired many years ago. You were never entitled to a new car for your uesd door. News Flash, the car was not yours to begin with it belonged to Ford or the leasing company. As long as you were not charged for the use of the used door upon return of the car, you have no complaint. By the way, what was the outcome of your lawsuit? I am guessing you lost. As a Plaintiff's lawyer myself, I find it unfortunate that some lawyer encouraged you by filing the case.

I found myself feeling even more sympathetic to Mr. Otis after veiwing your site. He came off as reasonable and caring. You did not fare as well. Every business has its experience with unreasonable customers you certainly fall into this catagory. I am somewhat surprised that any dealer would want to do business with you.

It is time to let go. Try to have a nice life. But first you will need to get one.

Well FordLemon, I visited your site.

That main "window" is confusing, all of your content appears in it, and it is too small to read your stories.

Speaking of content, where is it? I see the history of Ford that you swiped from some text book, and some vague allegations of anti-Semitism and links to Nazi Germany, but nowhere do I find proof to back up your assertions of how EEEEEEEEVIL the company is.

Also, where is "The Truth about Ford Finance" and "The Truth about..." Clicking on that link along the top of your page calls up the same history of Ford.

You tempted me with that website about the Ford Focus, until I found out it was in French. Get with it dude. No one speaks French anymore. Thank your hero Napoleon for that one.

Your guestbook is amusing. Why are you hiding behind the "nom de guerre" of "The FordLemon Crew" when we all know that there is no "crew" but rather Gerald crouched in his mother's basement taking turns between flogging his dog over the cyber porn and commenting on phony additions to his website.

At least that hideous Flash intro you used to have is gone. What a lame-o POS that was.

I assume your Taurus is gone too, since it is over eight years old... Time to get out a bit and catch some of that recreational time before the short bus comes to pick you up for your weekly electroshock therapy. :runaway:
