Your LSI would be a blessing to your plant, who has undegone several line speed decreases, repeated indefinite layoffs, and hundreds of temporary loans to other locations from the line speed decreases. Now ....acording to you....the company proposes a Line Speed Increase to your plant, becuase sales are up and you are working overtime.........and they are obviously going to reduce your task for the year (that is what usually happens)....... ......and you say its a bad thing???????? .......AND YOU CONTRIBUTE IT TO A GRIEVANCE AWARD?????????????? I left this stupid ass forum before because of all of the bullshit misinformation being played out for political reasons. ...
