ANTAUS
My link Saw one in the street the other day actually...I looked at the butt and wondered "What is that hideous thing", then when I got a side look, it hit me...it was this. Yuck... It's a shame because it's a good vehicle from those I know who own one. I'm sure they'll defect to the Grand C-Max after this... timmm55
Hasn't Mazda figured it out yet? Everyone HATES their new "language".......yet they produce another one.
ANTAUS
The designer still has a job, maybe not...let the market decide. Actually I read an article years ago about these new fascias on vehicles and according to the article, the happy smile-like fascias usually appeal to older and female demographics. While the inverted (eyes), headlights with gaping mouths that "try" to look intimidating attract the boy racer, younger guy crowd, like the Mitsucrappi Evo. Maybe Mazda is picking up the Mercury crowd?

I'm sure that the restyling was done 24-36 months ago and was locked into place long before they could do anything to change it
