All automakers with BEV in the Top 10 list for fleet registrations (Tesla, GM, Ford, Rivian, Geely, Hyundai/Kia) are well known for keeping price concessions to fleets to a minimum for those products, a vivid contrast to fleet dumping that some of those companies practiced in the past. That resulted in the erosion of the fleet dumping business model. Even as fleet sales grew since then, automakers have been able to maintain higher pricing for vehicles and also add high profit software and services. In any case, the "bad" kind of fleet sales went away for good after the Covid-19 pandemic, whether to governments or to businesses. Automakers now have the upper hand over fleet managers.
