girls, girls, girls.

dont you see how the two party system has rigged it against us?

the abortion issue is just one of many distractions to keep you from looking at the lack of any concern for, say minum wage hike, orhealth care reform, or dare i say adequete funding for our education system.

we got enough JDAM's and fuel for our fighters to to what ever where ever we want though!

Boo hoo. You've got to be kidding me. There are a very few people who legitimately "need" help. But there is a shitload of people working the system. Walk around Romeo, Al. How many people play the game with medical, FMLA(The friday monday leave act), Sleeping at the table, cutting out of the plant 20-30 minutes early EVERYDAY? I could go on. But in your world these people don't exist and and I should be lining up to give them my money. If you want to give them entitlements, give your money to charity but do not call me republican cattle because I want the game players to take care of themselves and thier own. You live in a dream world if you think there are not thousands of americans taking advantage of the system currently and would line up around the block for more if the dems get control.

Really? Very few people need help? Wow, I wished I lived in your world.

Question: Do you own a house? If so, how much value have you lost because of foreclosures? Mind you, I am not excusing the people who have made bad decisions, but it does directly impact the people who didn't.

As to the people who play the system: 10%. So in your opinion, because 10% of the people who play the system, 100% of the system should suffer?

I do agree that thousand of Americans take advantage of the system, but we have tens of millions of people working in the country. You don't let the masses suffer because of the abuses of a few.

The Republican preach about the Democrats wanting to take the guns away. WRONG! They want gun control. Yes, criminals will get guns, laws or no laws, but there is no reason in the world for a hunter out there hunting deer to need an AK-47. And yes, I know what I'm talking about! These guns get into the hands of radicals and into the cities and thats how the criminals gets them. YES, Thats how they get them!

No,you don't have frigging a clue.

At least get what your talking about correct. A real AK-47 is a select fire weapon. 99.9% of what you and other idiots that know little about weapons refer to is a semi-automatic version of the same gun. Looks the same but functionally different. It's also functionally the same as any other semi-automatic firearm designed and manufactured in the last century. Real machine guns (legal registered) have been a non- issue crime wise and have been heavily regulated for years and the new manufacture for transfer banned in 1986.

If you have ever fired one or had one fired at you,you would know the difference.

And yes,it's decent moderate range deer caliber and works well on two legged game also.

Now you're just being anan. To most people, anthing that fires more than one round when you pull a trigger is a machine gun.

Maybe more stupid people should own guns,it might thin the herd a bit. It's needed.

I have always been amazed at people that fear inanimate objects. And it's always a treat to let a person that never fired a real automatic weapon "have at it" and fire one. They quickly find out its not like in the movies and they cant hit crap. Only hits count.

I have to brag; The first time I qualified with the 60, I dropped a pop-up at 300 yds with one round. My spotters response: "You f****** hit it!"

The AK-47's that are legal to own "do" only fire one round when you pull the trigger. ???? If you get caught with one that fires more than one round when you pull the trigger it's 10 years in Club Fed.

There is an exception, if you pay about $20,000 for one of the few legal full auto ones imported before 1986 and pay the ATF $200 each year and have a FBI background check then you can have one that rock and rolls. But...as Cal 50 pointed out, you won't be able to hit anything with it but they're still fun to shoot.

I have seen them as cheap as 13K, which is still too rich for my blood, not to mention they run through a LOT of ammo.

Oh, the $200 tax stamp fee is paid only once, not every year.

It is your right to vote your wallet, and by the sounds of it, you will. But there are a great number of people who won't. They will vote first on thier principal, thier belief that there is something greater thier wallet. They will vote for a guy who said that he believes that life starts at the moment of conception. He believes that at that moment, human rights begin for that individual. In my book, that is a stand up person. The abortion issue is not resolved. It still is as wrong as it was 35 years ago. Just my opinion, and the opinion of many who won't be voting thier wallets. A 1099 employee? One of the crazy-ass dumb things I have ever heard. They want competition to help drive down the cost of health care, not make it available to all, at the cost of higher taxes and long waits. I am glad you have taken up a cause, and have decided to vote your wallet, don't expect me to give up on my principals and drink the kool-aid the dems are serving, the flavor of hope and change. I am amazed how people can be content with a man who says he can pull a rabbit out of a hat, but has not spelled out how he is going to do it. Ususally it's deciption, and my guess is your hope and change will be too.
Are you saying the republicans are pro life? Surely you are not serious? How many civilians(including babies)have died in Iraq and Afghanistan?

I am a proud union republician, and I will tell you why Im voting for the McCain/Palin ticket. I offer my thoughts on this subject with the hope that democrats will reply to my post with the same respect I extend to you as a fellow union member. I will offer you several reasons why Im voting for McCain/Palin:

-McCain served, and retired from the military. He understands how the military works.

-I believe we will be attacked again. Regardless of who wins the election, some terriorist will try to test the new president. McCain will be stronger in responding to an attack.

-We need oil. Its that simple. Im all for new energy sources, but until we perfect new technology, drilling for our own oil is the short term answer. McCains for drilling, Obama is not for drilling.

-McCain is pro second amendment. This issue is near and dear to me. If we ever lose the second amendment, then we will surely lose our other freedoms. I know several members of the NRA who do not even own guns, but they value the Bill of Rights.

-McCain is a straight talker. He will tell us the way it is, and not try to dance around the tough questions. (recall Obama's reply about the issue being above his pay grade)

These are just a few of my opinions on this election. Please keep in mind that as a union, we are about half republicians, and half democrats. I believe that the union should be neutral on politics. If they want to donate money to a canidate, then they should ask our permission to do so. After all, it is our money they are giving away. I welcome any replys to my post.

-Just because you were in the military does not make you an expert on how the military works.I was in the USA and Air Force as a radar crewman.Am I qualified to be Commander and Chief?

-Just exactly how will McCain be stronger?

-If we need more oil why are the major oil companies not using the leases they already have?

-Where did the Dems say they were ending the second amendment?

-McCain a straight talker?Look up the Keating 5 scandal and see who was involved in that, also ask his ex wife if she thinks he is a straight talker.

My apologies, you are correct, the tax stamp is only paid once. The price I quoted was what I saw a Russian one listed for.

The point I was making is they're not something some gangbanger is going to get legally and statistically neither the "real ones" or the look-alikes are used very often by criminals yet this is from the Democratic party platform:

Firearms

"We recognize that the right to bear arms is an important part of the American tradition, and we will preserve Americans' Second Amendment right to own and use firearms. We believe that the right to own firearms is subject to reasonable regulation, but we know that what works in Chicago may not work in Cheyenne. We can work together to enact and enforce commonsense laws and improvements – like closing the gun show loophole, improving our background check system, and reinstating the assault weapons ban, so that guns do not fall into the hands of terrorists or criminals. Acting responsibly and with respect for differing views on this issue, we can both..."

Keep in mind that Obaaama doesn't see anything wrong with DC's complete ban on guns and Chicago has a very similar law. The so-called "gun-show loophole" is a ban on private sales.

Liberals.

Against the death penalty where a person has been judged by a panel of his peers.

For abortion, the killing of a living, totally innocent fetus.

Republicans pro life but start wars that kill hundreds of thousands of innocent people including fetuses.

Republicans against Dna testing of people on death row so as to make sure we do not execute an innocent person.

Republicans against any help to poor pregnant mothers to help keep their babies.

Republicans against universal healthcare for all Americans.

Republicans against helping people send their children to college.

Republicans against raising the min wage.

Republicans against giving vets more benefits(John McCain specifically).

Republicans against everything unions stand for.

Republicans against taxing corporations that move their headquarters overseas to avoid taxes.

What Republicans are for

Giving more tax breaks to the wealthy.

More free trade that has caused massive job losses and declining wages for all WORKING people.

More wars, more miltary spending.

Taxing your company paid medical benefits.

More prisons.

Ravaging the environment for monetary gain.

Privatizing social security.I guess if you make a bad investment your just out of luck!

Torture.

Holding accused persons indefinitely without trial.

Guns,guns and more guns.

Torture.

Holding accused persons indefinitely without trial.

Guns, guns and more guns. I have a right to it.

Oh, please don't misunderstand, I am sure you did see them for 20k. I have seen milled receiver Russian versions as high as 25k, and the dealer looked me straight in the eye and never blinked. And it was well worn too.

The "Keating Five" scandal was 4 Democrats and McCain and nearly everyone agrees that McCain didn't do anything wrong and the only reason he was included in the original charges was because congress didn't want to indite just Democrats.

Re: the Second Amendment, you just have to read their platform statement and then read what Obaaama himself has said on the subject. You do have to put 2+2 together......

Do you understand that Mccain wants to make you report your premiums your employer pays for your health care. Which means you will have to pay taxes on roughly $12000 in extra earnings a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So lets see at an average of 25% taxes of income, this stupid move will cost us roughly on average $3000 right out of are pockets!!!!!!!!!! GREAT MOVE MCCAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And how the hell does this make health insurance affordably!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a link for the democrats. Thanks to listening to Bob Dutko today I came across this website. This is a link to the socialist party, aka. communist party. Doesn't this sound exactly like the democratic party?

http://www.sp-usa.org

He also made a good point saying today, that the old school democrats used phrases like "It's not what you country can do for you, but what can you do for your country"

Now it's what can my government do for me. Think about it.
