Wheeling
Lincoln sold 8323 Aviator in 2019. Less than XT6. I've only seen 2 in action. silvrsvt
How is the MDX considered a large Crossover? It seems to be about the size of an Edge or Nautilus I've been seeing lots of Aviators around my area as of late-they are best looking CUV of their class outside of Range Rover. Trailhiker
I expect both XT6 and Aviator to be in the 8.5-10K range by Q4 of this year.
Wheeling
I just wondering why XT6? There is no comparison between the two and the Aviator beats the XT6 in every aspects. The Aviator should crush the XT6 sale, but why not? Who are buying the XT6 rather than the Aviator?

The higher you go the smaller the market. Inventory availability may be a short term reason as well.

Maybe people that have read the stories about the Aviator product launch, and buy-backs that have happened? HRG

Seeing the three-rows, some might assume it is an advertisement for Navigator, and above their price range.

HRG Wife and I are in the market for an upscale 3 row SUV and even though I am a life long GM guy the XT6 and Buick Enclave are too mini-van like for me. The Aviator is gorgeous and a perfect fit for our needs. We looked at at the car show and even went and test drove one. She is on board and excited. The quality horror stories have me spooked. Since we are not in desperate need I am probably going to wait for a '21 or a very late model '20. I am evidence of your supposition. I should also add I am very curious to see what the new Escalade and GMC Yukon Denali offer. Although when I put her in a Navigator at the Lincoln dealer she made school bus comparisons (it was the elongated version). She didn't drive it so I think it was mostly the climb in height. I didn't know the XT6 existed until I started watching Aviator videos on YouTube and the algorithm started recommending videos for the new Cadillac. I believe Lincoln has outspent Cadillac advertising these new models but as someone mentioned the ice fishing commercial is memorable for the whistling but not necessarily the vehicle.
