Our 2008 Expedition as well as our 2015 F-150 have an all black headliner. I don't mind it, I also had a 2010 Fusion that had the gray headliner.

I'm not going to lie, that Laramie Sport is nice. Ram is a contender now and Ford better watch its back. The new Silverado is atrocious and the dash is even worse.

I just realized you cannot get second row captain's chairs on the XLT.

That is correct, but my wife's GC was able to receive it, I think it had a channel number of like 370 or something like that. **Edit** Its part of the Xtra Channels package, I think only the new SiriusXM receivers are able to receive those channels. "SiriusXM and SiriusXM Internet Radio Ch. 350"

Also another thing that annoys me with Ford still using the legacy Sirius radios instead of the new SiriusXM radios is you can't get the 'online only' channels that are in the 300's. In my wife's Grand Cherokee you could get for example Red White and Booze on the radio, you cannot on any Ford I've owned (with the correct package of course).

Our listening habits are about 90% Sirius and 10% bluetooth from my phone. I hate listening to terrestrial radio, its all ads.

They have switched to e-lockers. I've got one in our 2015 F-150 and like it so far.

The last Ford vehicles I specifically remember being advertised toward women are, Mercury Cougar, Mercury Milan and the Ford Edge recently. On that same note, my wife drives an F-150 not really because of the advertising campaign.

Have you ever driven one? I believe it! Currently owning a 2015 F-150 3.5 eco and as having currently a 2017 F-150 3.5 eco loaner its fast.

Coming from currently owning a 2015 F-150 a lot of the changes they have made to this interior were much needed! I am extremely happy with how the inside of this truck is shaping out to be. Now the exterior... ill probably warm up to it eventually.

I've been driving my 2008 Expedition too long. I actually like the dash, its easy to clean, looks nice and is very functional. Whereas I despise most GM dash's, they look bubbly and rushed. Like with the new Silverado dash, some of the button placement looks like they forgot to add an area for the break controller so they just went 'eh put it here, no one every uses those', same with the exact same knob for the headlights and 4wd system.

I'm sorry but if you need a reminder that you have your kids in the car you shouldn't have them. In the 4 years I have had kids I have never once "forgotten" they were in the back seat. But then again I also don't text/facebook/snapchat/sext while I drive either so I suppose I pay more attention?

You have no idea how true that is. After dealing with my wife's lease on a Liberty I don't understand how their service departments ever made money. They denied every warranty issue I ever brought up... sunroof leaked... don't park outside, transmission leaking... just oil change leftovers (even though it was almost due for another, ended up just putting cardboard on the garage floor), door gap adjustment... you must have hit something not covered under warranty.
