    Who`d a Thought....

No fear. Just respect for everyone else, enough to research and know that masks do help and do work. Keep living in your denial of the scientific facts. This isn't oppression, it's respect for your fellow man. Get over yourself.

    Who`d a Thought....

You're correct. That opinion piece contains absolutely no scientific fact and should be ignored for the ignorance that it is.

It never applied - you're not pregnant.
  5. I've driven the 1.5 AWD and 8.9s seems slow to me. It definitely felt much faster than that and other reviewers seem to agree. For example Car and Driver recorded 7.7s.
  6. The escape PHEV is FWD only where the Corsair is AWD.

    2022 Ford Maverick Pickup thread

Ford Authority has a few images of the Maverick beside a current generation Mustang, showing a good comparison on length. Based upon the length of the current Mustang (189 inches), it looks to be less than 200 inches overall for the Maverick. A good length I think. https://fordauthority.com/2021/03/2022-ford-maverick-prototype-spied-next-to-ford-mustang-shows-its-size/

I'm thinking it is the final bumper - the license plate will go to the right of the hitch.

    2022 Ford Maverick Pickup thread

Nice, we must be getting close the official reveal
  10. Still an odd comparison since I don't think the intention of either is to beat the CX-5. They are competing for different buyers. They may be in the same size class but that's about it.
  11. Seems like an odd comparison. The CX-5 isn't really a direct competitor to the other two.
  12. Is that snake skin above the glove box?
  13. Jim Farley decided to reply to a post on Twitter for the Puma ST. Could it be a subtle hint that he is bringing it across the pond to NA? This would be a great replacement for the Ecosport.

    Explorer King Ranch

Agreed. I think it's the rear that could use some attention.
  15. It's a dependability study... Interior design or lacking features is not relevant.
  16. Or does this mean that the earlier mules were not using the final suspension setup? Would be odd to use two different configurations for the same vehicle, especially for a lower cost one?

    2022 Nissan Frontier

The interior looks badly dated already. The exterior isn't bad, the front end has a bit of a futuristic look but definitely screams Nissan.

    Who`d a Thought....

There is no such precedent and actually the opposite is fact. From the WHO virus naming guidelines (2011): https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwitlJKwz7zuAhWWLc0KHRftBkIQFjAMegQIKRAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fapps.who.int%2Firis%2Fbitstream%2Fhandle%2F10665%2F163636%2FWHO_HSE_FOS_15.1_eng.pdf&usg=AOvVaw1kk7BEqal-jarAD-xrMu-1
  20. I could get into this if it was offered in a high performance plug-in hybrid version. I'm not too crazy about driving an SUV and prefer cars. If they could offer this style with something along the lines of the Aviator GT engine configuration (high performance engine with plug-in), it could be a hit. Good efficiency for plodding around town or commuting and great performance when wanted.
  21. Maybe we should wait for confirmation of this rumor before we start "slagging" the company?
  22. Not sure about the US but in Canada the dealer doesn't have to participate in the program. Always need to ask first (not that i've ever been turned down).

    Safety features

You're comparing a Ford SuperDuty to a Subaru Forester? These vehicles would have vastly different buyers with vastly different priorities. Can you provide an example of what your specific concern is?
  24. I think the way to do this is add it as a software feature to the key fob. Depending upon which key fob is detected in the drivers seat, the seat would automatically adjust the the preferences that are tied to that keyfob. I thought some manufacturers were already doing this with PAAK (Phone as a key). Yes, the key fobs are already too big.
