  3. there are not many photos of mules, apart from Ranger, is there anything new at Ford for 2023? i mean the presentation of new products,
  4. I agree with your opinion, i have a Focus and Ecosport with the 2.0L duratec engine and i won´t change them for any ecoboost. it´s a shame they don´t finish solving the problems. the ecoboost engines and powershift boxes were the bad things left by the Mulally era.
  5. https://fordauthority.com/2022/09/ford-thunderbird-project-envisioned-as-high-performance-halo/ will it be true?
  6. jpd80, Brasil and Argentina they have agreements with Mexico and do not pay import duties. On the other hand, if a car arrives from Europe, it pays a 35% tariff.
  7. Does anyone know what this project could be about? the code would be U704 and according to this website, it would be destined for North America, https://www.ambito.com/negocios/ford/analiza-producir-un-nuevo-modelo-el-pais-solo-la-exportacion-n5481933
  8. i don´t want to offend anyone, but it seems to me that the Mulally era brought a lot of problems over the years. For example, here in Argentina no one wants Ecoboost engines, they are very problematic, no one wants them out of warranty. It´s a shame what they have done in recent years with the goon reputation that Ford Had.
  9. more info, https://insideevs.com.ar/news/579285/ford-litio-argentino-baterias-electricos/
  10. I thought that as a matter of simplifying manufacturing they could unify engines. Here in Argentina there are fiscal benefits in hybrid vehicles, that's why I'm waiting for the hybrid BS. thanks,
  11. Does anyone know if the hybrid engine of the Maverick will soon be the base engine of the Bronco Sport? thanks!
  12. Here in Argentina is going to begin to be produced in 2023. Remember that WV dropped from the joint project for this region,
  13. Ford is slowly killing platform B, we will have to see how the Puma and Fiesta can survive. Ecosport is dead, it only remains in Romania,
  14. whenever you want, i´tell you what it´s like to live in a country with 50% inflation like mine has, it´s crap and the only thing it generates is more poor people,
  15. there are no rumors about everest, instead journalism speculates on hybrid versions in the next ranger. toyota that produces the hilux here, said that the next generation will have hybrid versions for south america,
  16. around here they have already started to remodel the plant, there seems to be no setbacks. https://media.ford.com/content/fordmedia/fsa/ar/es/news/2021/05/ford-argentina-transforma-su-planta-de-pacheco-para-producir-la-.html
  17. will it be true? and if so, why didn they use in BS? https://fordauthority.com/2021/03/2022-ford-maverick-hybrid-will-join-powertrain-lineup-exclusive/
  19. Maybe they produce it in Mexico together with Maverick and BS and with that suv they replace Ecosport in North and South America,
  20. i do not understand either. Renault, Peugeot, Toyota, Fiat, Nissan, Honda, General Motors, VW, they invest heavily in the region, but Ford leaves.
  21. if i am not mistaken, i think South America was profitable at the time of Mulally. in my case i will also have to go to another brand, i have a focus and an eco sport and i dont have enough money to buy a bronco sport or a kuga,
  22. sad news for the region, now ford is going to sell very little,
  23. south america for sure, this type of pick up is sold a lot and with Mexico there are commercial agreements, it will not pay tariffs.
  24. https://www.autoblog.com/2021/01/06/ford-fusion-lifted-sportback-spied/
  25. not forget that Mexico has commercial agreements with Mercosur and vehicles enter without paying taxes. Vehicles manufactured in USA pay a 35% tariff.
