Is the Lincoln “Continental” crossover canceled or is it shelved? Hopefully it’s just shelved for a later date. I would love to see Lincoln designers have the ability to design something without a ford variant in mind. Lincoln needs a halo vehicle.
I watch their videos and some of their points may seem unfair but I don't think they're Cadillac fanboys. They both enjoyed the aviator and corsair a lot.
I agree with you. Some of their points we're pretty unfair. With that said, Lincoln needs to refresh the Navigator. At least give it the air suspension and audio system that's in the aviator.
I actually prefer the old one. Now I would still pick the 2021 nautilus with the new interior. I'm curious to see if they add a possible air suspension or the upgraded audio system you find in the aviator. I doubt it though.
To be honest, the MCA navigator needs more than that. I love the current navigator, but competition is fierce in that segment. It needs to really stand out.
I think the exterior changes are minor if anything at all. I'm glad they aren't just waiting until the next nautilus to make significant changes. It will be refreshing to see all the Lincoln crossovers getting the same interior design language.
I believe that it's a stopgap product. I think the new nautilus is further out and Lincoln couldn't afford to keep the aging interior of the current nautilus. I don't think it's the aviator due to it having the same steering wheel as the current nautilus. You can also tell it has sync 4 and I'm willing to bet the aviator will get a mild refresh soon to incorporate the infotainment system and larger screen found here.
Are there any reports of a 2022 navigator refresh? I know someone who is in the market for a full-size SUV and was wondering if there is one coming relatively soon.
I hope the hybrid version isn’t just a raptor or warthog variant only. I hope the bronco gets the rumored hybrid variant for the ranger. I think it was rumored to get 360 HP and 500 LB-FT. That’s all I need
I’m very curious to see what the next Lincoln (hopefully an ev) will be like. One thing I will give Cadillac is they have the interior design down with the new Escalade and Lyriq. Hopefully Lincoln designers are closely looking at those interiors and trying to one up them.
