    Some do, not looking to argue but KN air filters "dusting" the turbos on diesels in the south west is one example. I was at one time a warranty admin. at a Ford dealer.

    My first thought when I saw 150mph Explorer was holy shit that's fast. My second thought was rollover if it has to manuver quickly, top heavy ? I rolled my 66 E100 ...... no fun.

    To me FCA getting rid of the Challenger and Charger would be like Ford and GM getting rid of the Mustang and Camaro. Just can't see that happening that quickly.

    OK it's a rendering, but for those of us that have been around for a while (I'm 63) I hope they come up with a new name. That is not a Maverick or a Bronco ... Don't call it by either name.

    Fuzzy I'm sorry to say that Moog and Motorcraft are not what they used to be, buy the Blue Box Ford for high quality.

    Maybe Ford (and the dealerships) forgot the old saying, Sales brings them in, service brings them back. Have to admit I feel for the Techs having to work flatrate, some (most ?) of the warranty times are insane.. low low low

    I'll beleive it if and when I see it, the first picture in your link shows the block would take/use? a mechanical fuel pump. Don't see that happening either.

    I'm confused, why if the 2.7 is a diesel does the list of specs rperez817 posted state "coil on plug" ?

    Coupe 3w, I'd quote but for whatever reason my window 7 IE11 won't let me. You mentioned spark plugs blowing out, I have 236k on my 97 F150 5.4 ZERO plugs blown out. The Ford repair manuals 3 books total (and yes I bought the set of off e-bay) says 14 ft. pounds torque and that's what they got.

    Sorry to hear that but $hit happens. Be glad no one was seriously hurt or killed.
