An Electric GT could be amazing! Hypercar territory?
-
I love the Maverick. I'm glad the Rivian won. It is the first all electric pickup to market, and it's a great truck! Not affordable for most families probably but it's not exclusive to the the rich either. The Maverick is great in it's own right but in terms of Truck of the Year, greater innovation & the future of mobility wins this time.

Musk says that's not the production wiper... We'll see...
-
I was skeptical that it would make it to production looking like concept/prototype but... they are doing it. That's pretty amazing. I'm excited for continued innovation, and I'm excited to see automakers actually take advantage of new design directions you can go with EVs. I also think that it's great that some people think it's hideous. It's better to have a reaction to not even know it exist. And automakers don't have to design everything for everyone. The Truck will sell, to who it sells to, which apparently is not you guys haha. AND DAMN THAT WIPER BIG AF WTF

Electric Vehicle Discussion Thread - Ford Related

If I were running Ford, AND THIS IS JUST WHAT I WOULD DO before anyone screams, I would not put another Develop dollar towards ICE with maybe an exception for some F-Series models. Every new vehicle Ford/Lincoln released from now on would be an EV. I'd go all in. It is feasible, we can innovative enough to make the turn around that quick and drastic while bringing the public with us. I am a Mustang Bullitt and 351 Bronco owner, so I'm sad to see the V8 and manual go... but it's time. We'll still have what Ford has built over the last 100+ years in the world for us to enjoy, albeit with synthetic fuel... -
Why no EV section?

I see no reason NOT to try it... if it doesn't work or draw any conversation, it could be done away with pretty easily right? -

A specific EV Section is not necessary when all we are getting in the future is EVs anyway. -
Lincoln BEVs Coming in 2025
Willwll313wll replied to RedHoncho01's topic in Lincoln Motor Company Discussion
Would it make sense to update the ICE Aviator as well? Likely the last update before it's ultimate demise. Lincoln should be all electric by the end of the decade. We (the country) can make this transition to EVs rather quickly if we want. -

That's quite a ways away... What's Lincoln getting between now and then? -
Mach E fails moose test.
Willwll313wll replied to Trader 10's topic in Ford Motor Company Discussion Forum
I suspect that the Mach E is tuned to have a looser rear end, to be able to thrown around a corner a bit more... He says the computers aren't aggressive enough, which is the thing that people in these cars who are out to have fun complain about, a too aggressive traction or stability control system... Just my opinion. Interesting test though. -

Yeah really effective update, especially the front end. I love what they did with the light integration. It feels very fresh and new. -
'22 Navigator Revealed
Willwll313wll replied to ANTAUS's topic in Ford Motor Company Discussion Forum
I wish the rear end did not remind me so much of other suvs... Its the taillamps... Definitely improvement in the front! Love the big black label grille, and hood lines. I wanted some type of hybrid powertrain, and more updates the interior. Just a two spoke steering wheel like the Nav concept would have went a long way. This segment is hot and competitive... Is Ford/Lincoln saving resources to invest more in all the electrification coming their way? Or is this enough for Lincoln?... -
