wescoent
http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/14/detroit...0-chevy-camaro/ ...and love the retro look, but were somewhat disappointed with the overall feel and quality of materials used inside -- the 2010 Mustang easily trumps the Camaro in terms of interior quality. NickF1011
That's definitely not a good sign considering this is an ALL-NEW model compared to the refreshed Mustang.
Ron W.
Having owned a 70 Camaro which was an absolute blast to drive, this is just wrong. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-200...aro-rs/1290390/

rmc523
http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-200...aro-ss/1290398/ Look at the guage needle, it looks horrible (crooked, although on purpose)....it may look ok at night though, as just the area where the numbers are lights up. Also strange how they put just 130, 150, 170 over on the right, but no other between numbers. Chevrolet Camaro: First Look,..... For about the 20th time. The body needs updated already. I agree, it's already looking a bit dated. Edited January 14, 2009 by rmc523

rmc523
Ok, I may've gone a bit overboard with this, but there's 5 different versions now. 1) The original 2) #1 + the ramp 3) #2 + upside down Camaro 4) #3 + silver Camaro off ramp 5) #4 w/ red Camaro instead of silver

rmc523
You should post those pictures over at GMI. Unfortunately, i'm not a member there, and I don't think that'd go over well as my first post. Feel free to if you'd like.

danglin
:stats: I think the exterior is pretty sharp. The interior is . There are comments on the autoblog slamming the mustang interior. They must be joking. Pictures may not show actual material quality, but the design does not look good to me anyway. To each his own.

30 OTT 6
Chevrolet Camaro: First Look,..... For about the 20th time. The body needs updated already. Unfortunately, the new Ford Fiesta may suffer the same fate.
akirby
Unfortunately, the new Ford Fiesta may suffer the same fate. Why? The pictures we've seen of the Fiesta are from Europe where it's ALREADY ON SALE. That's different than being shown the Camaro dozens of times for the last 3 years BEFORE it's even on sale. silvrsvt
Unfortunately, the new Ford Fiesta may suffer the same fate. But the Fiesta is already in production in Europe and we'll have it next Summer...not nearly 4 years after it was shown as a show car... It'll be about 2 1/2 years after we saw it as the Verve at NAIAS. Still too long a wait.
akirby
It'll be about 2 1/2 years after we saw it as the Verve at NAIAS. Still too long a wait. That's only because it wasn't originally planned for the U.S.
NickF1011
That's only because it wasn't originally planned for the U.S. Well of course, but that doesn't make it any easier to swallow. kpc655
http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/14/detroit...0-chevy-camaro/ I was in the car yesterday. it's nice from the outside..much better proportions then a challenger. but the interior wasn't right..seemed really "chunky" to me. perhaps that's not a good description but if you've sat in it, you'll understand the zr1 on the other hand...holy sh*t. sign me up!
