MAP C-crew getting canned?

It has nothing to do with attendance, it has to do with poor marketing strategy by Ford and the dropping of oil prices.

 

And the UNION can't do a damn thing about it.

 

It also doesn't help having almost a 90 day supply either.

You can get a Fusion for not much more or same price as Focus, people go for the Fusion, Focus is overpriced.

400 are supposed to go to Livonia, if they (Livonia) don't post that right away and waits THEN 500 will be laid off. When Livonia finally does post their openings, then 400 off of that lay off list will be called for those open positions, still leaving 100 without a job,

So Livonia get high seniority again. That's why they need to take plant seniority

If Livonia posts their openings right away then ONLY tier 1 will be able to bid on those positions. If they don't post them right away and wait then those who are laid off which would be tier 2 will get called for those positions when they become available whenever that might be.

If they post for Livonia, you wil be at MAP, cause high seniority will sign up for those gravy jobs!

There's LTS at both DTP and FRAP that tier 2 can bump. That's what my committeeman told me

True and both those plants are options but after all is said and done, 100 will be laid off. 500 if Livonia doesn't post right away but out of that 500, 400 people will eventually be called to Livonia still leaving 100 without a job

Sterling and Rawsonville will have first dibs on any postings to any plant including the Livonia postings. All tier 1 at Sterling and Rawsonville are classified as supplemental which means they get first choice for any postings. So chances are after any of the tier 1 post out of them plants some of the laid off MAP employees could end up at one of them.

Gravy jobs my ass. Everything will be 4 Crew. Meaning you are working every other weekend. So all you carpetbaggers at MAP, if you want to work 4 Crew come to join the fun at Livonia.

With all of the GRAVY JOBS there are at Livonia I'll take working every other weekend BRING ON THAT GRAVY!!!
