This was a contention point with me and my wife (I wanted console, she wanted bench) in a fun way of course. They said it wasn't possible to switch it out because of all the trim and A/C plumbing in the console. I have the same color combo and KR build F350 with 6.7L on order except I didn't opt for the chrome package so mirror caps and door handles are body color and the wheels have the honeycomb like shape with painted pockets like the pictures in my signature. Mine is scheduled to be built week of 3/21 after 5 bumps totaling six weeks of delays. That Antimatter blue has been on my mind ever since I ordered mine and I notice that color on many other cars and trucks across every possible brand you can name. There's a Nissan Frontier at my work that is the exact same color and is gorgeous to me but does have the same tendency to appear black at certain angles and lighting conditions. Good luck...&*&Toolman Thank you, We had added the chrome package after we ordered. I put both builds up on the Ford site with the 360 view. Wife and I decided to add it after looking at both. Had also heard the front bumpers get paint chips. Last truck had chrome package and bumper held up well. I liked the painted wheels though. Since delivery, I've added a Retrax Tonneau Cover, Duramax Mud Flaps, WeatherTech Floor Liners, and replaced the antenna. I am extremely happy with the truck and looking forward to next season when we'll use "Big Blue" to haul our travel trailer all over the state and beyond. Here are some pictures. If you are still waiting for yours, hopefully this gives you some hope that your truck will indeed arrive. I have an antimatter blue CCSB on order with the Baja interior…loving that combo! The title of the thread is: Console to jump seat swap project (Reversible) It can be done. Won't be the same as if you'd ordered it from the factory, as previously noted, due to AC venting.
