IIRC The Bronco Sport was being called the Gen Y Utility back before the Bronco relaunched in 2017   Saw this on Mustang G6 in the 4 door Mustang thread back in 2021 LOL

From what I understand this is what is happening: EU gets some sort Bronco Product next year.   The BS is/was supposed to get refreshed/replaced in 2028   The Cheap Utility wouldn't be coming till 2029, which would make it a 2030MY product?    so you still have a 2 year gap between product, if that is the case.   IMO this all speculation till 2028 or so, when the next UAW contract is signed, so we won't know till then, unless Ford comes out and says it

But, you can still get Twin I-Beam front suspension if you really want it. Just gotta move up to F250/350 for it.
