Yeah I can see them being used as extra power say for a drag run. I was watching a video done by a guy who is an actual rocket scientist and he was talking about the cold rockets-the one "huge" issue with them is they are going to eat the battery alive to refill rockets, since the air needs to be compressed then cooled before use. The rocket use time is very limited also-only 3 seconds -
Yea, good to hear. My wife and I had a great experience with BlueCruise on our '25 MME for a road trip recently that included Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland. Mostly Interstates 68, 70, 76, 81, 270, and 495. Overall, about 70% hands-free. The driver monitoring seems to be less finicky with the most recent software updates compared to what we experienced when we took delivery of the vehicle in 2025. We'd like Ford to add capabilities similar to Tesla's FSD that work on roads that are not pre-mapped hands-free Blue Zone routes and in parking lots.

One comment about SiriusXM-if you have an upgraded stereo system in your car, it is trash because it is so compressed that your higher end systems won't perform like they should. It doesn't really matter on a stock vehicle for the most part with a basic sound system, but when I upgraded my speakers and put a sub into my Bronco, it was really disappointing vs playing music I happened to have on my iPhone performance wise (i.e. didn't drive the sub a worth a damn). I switched over to Apple Music a while back and its lossless, so it drives the sub and the rest of the system without an issues. -
If I didn't order it up front (lifetime option), I'd probably do the month-to-month approach after the trial......i.e. if taking a trip, I'd activate it, but otherwise not something I'd need/use on a daily basis.

I've really liked the Nautilus overall. I haven't driven one but have sat in them at whatever auto shows are left (not many). Glad to hear you're enjoying it. I really wish my Bronco had BlueCruise.....I was disappointed that it didn't have some features that other models in the lineup had.....I have to assume it'll be an option on the next-gen model. I'd love using it on some road trips. Have you found yourself feeling some capabilities are missing on the 48" screen? I feel like some other companies have additional views/screens on their large displays, but not sure... Re: sirius - are you saying it gets both the "radio" and "app only" channels? And would that capability run out if you didn't renew the connectivity package? I'm sure the steering wheel pads work better than what you're describing, which sounds hard to describe... I'd also have liked a hybrid on the Bronco, I'm interested in trying one next go around if it's finally offered. I feel like the scents are more of a gimmick.....is it something you have to click a button for it to spray, or is it a constant thing? Rejuvenate falls under the same gimmick category for me too, but since it's just a program of stuff that's already there, why not offer it? It'd probably be nice if you went to sit in your car to relax for a few mins. With the upper dash screens, seems like Ford is moving to the "Squircle" wheel in many models.

BlueCruise is awesome! We just don't have many roads around us where it's available, so we don't use it much. We have an extra year free (on top of the initial 3 free years with the Mach-E), but after that, I don't see us renewing. I wish my incoming F550 had it as that is where we'll spend our time on road trips. -
Did you guys forget about plaid on the Model S? No way Musk passes up the chance for ludicrous acceleration in launch mode even on a street model.

After a couple of weeks with the new Nautilus I'm extremely impressed with the features. Putting this in the general Ford section because these features are not unique to Lincoln. BlueCruise is freaking cool. Only tested it for a few minutes but this will be a gamechanger for medium and long trips. Wife still doesn't trust it. 48 inch screen - almost gives you a HUD experience but with far more data and detail. Keeps your eyes on the road and customizing the right displays is cool as is having a permanent nav map allowing the smaller screen to stay on audio. Google integration - integrates locations, routes, contacts and other info between the car and your computer or mobile device. Also gives you hey google voice commands and internet searches. SiriusXM - all streaming channels are now available via the internet connection such as 70s/80s mashup. Basically every channel in the app. And I think there are 30 presets. 9 way smart directional pads on steering wheel. This might be my favorite. Instead of the usual 5 way mechanical pads (L,R,U,D,Center) these add all 4 corners and are dynamic. By default the right one has volume up/down on the U/D buttons. Next/prev track on L/R. Heated steering wheel toggle upper right and voice control lower left. The left one starts with lane keeping toggle bottom right and cruise control upper right. After you engage cruise control it changes to add set, resume, speed up/down and cancel. This eliminates extra buttons onthe steering wheel. The coolest part is when you touch the pad it shows you the current config on the big screen and tracks your finger. Adjustable rear seats give you huge legroom or more cargo room. This is our first hybrid and we may not go back. So quiet and peppy off the line, but accelerating without gear changes is a little weird at first. Averaging about 32 mpg right now. This high power engine and electric motor combo is great. A regular 2.5 atkinson engine would be underpowered. Lincoln only Digital scents is nice for trips as are the 24-way massage seats (same as previous models). Rejuvenate is cool but probably won't use it - calming picture on the 48 inch screen, digital scent, massage seats. The squashed steering wheel looks and feels strange but works extremely well. Extremely pleased with it. Looking forward to a road trip this weekend.
