timmm55
What's with the rear side windows? It doesn't flow, it doesn't make sense.
BORG
Ugly! Hyundai is so predictable, everything is curvy but completely non-distinctive. There is no design DNA in their cars.
rmc523
What's with the rear side windows? It doesn't flow, it doesn't make sense. I agree. I also hate the separate sculpted 'grooves'/hips ? on the doors (the one starts at the front fender and goes halfway back on the door, then another one starts below that going back to the end of the car), it would've looked much better had the lost the strange window and that strange sculting, IMO. I thought I read somewhere that it was supposed to lose the strange rear window for the production version?
TomServo92
Yeah, side window is goofy and something just isn't right about the front fascia....
Anthony
Not horrible in parts, but as a whole....not feelin' it. I hate the Ford Contour pucker grille. I do like the headlights and taillights.
Ford-150
how can you fuck up a rear window anymore?
jpd80
how can you fuck up a rear window anymore? Inexperience. A mixture of square top and rounded bottom - Brrrrr, a cold shiver just went through my body.
ANTAUS
Solara-like front, and Inifiti G37 rear...no styling cues I like in either...
GreyPony
They will probably sell it for dirt cheap, just like the Tiburon. Now, that was an ugly car! Yet it sold, just like this one will, to some kid that can't afford more than $183 a month car payments.

IMHO the first Tiburon was ugly, the second generation was decent looking, at least in the high line version. Michael Reynolds
It doesn't bother me that it is a Hyundai, what does bother me is the typical Korean styling.
Ford-150
here is one well engineered Korean car oh wait, it uses a Ford engine
Ford??-LOL!
It looks ok. The side window was them just trying to be different. It will look even better when that 375HP V8 is dropped in!

The side window is ugly, it doesn't follow the contours of the car....it's jarring. The front end is an odd droopy mess. Lets see what the engine really produces. The Koreans seem to embelish HP figures a great deal.

IIRC they said they were not going to put the V8 in the coupe.... oh and there is a lot of ways to be different, what they did was fucked up Edited March 19, 2008 by Ford-

I believe 'droopy', the word you used, is a good way to describe it.
