Sherminator98
Overall it looks like and improved version of the current car that got lipo done to it get rid of the bloatedness of the current model.
sullynd
Looks very much like the Escort. I wonder if China isn't getting a refreshed D3 Taurus (which this looks like) along with a CD based model.
ANTAUS
I guess Ford will go rotary, while Lincoln does push buttons. Would be cool to see the rotary do the same Jaguar trick of raising up, pulsating, and all that. Although looking at that set-up, I dont see much space savings. Look like a normal shift lever would fit perfectly fine. Interior looks a bit conversative though, I like the current lay out much more. Fgts
Have it been confirmed we getting this here in the US?
PREMiERdrum
Have it been confirmed we getting this here in the US? It's been "confirmed" that we are, and "confirmed" that we aren't. Depends on who you're listening to. FWIW, my source says we are, "without question."
Moosetang
I dunno, to me that screams "conservative styling for conservative Chinese market." Unless that camo is masking a lot, this would be a pretty big step away from the sleek direction Ford has been taking with their sedans in the US/EU market/
630land
Well, the 'sleek' Taurus has gotten complaints about how cramped the interior space is for most. So, adding more room would be a plus.
Moosetang
I very much doubt the shape of the nose is going to have much impact on cabin space, but i see where you are coming from. Still, the Fusion is no brick and it had far fewer space issues than Taurus. Edited January 2, 2015 by Moosetang

02MustangGT
Borg, is that you? The picture shows a grill surrounded by camo.
Moosetang
I dunno what your seeing, but it has the same styling as the fusion mixed with the current car... It could be the camo+angle+my bad eyes, but it looks very blunt and blocky compared to the Fusion or present Taurus.
calypsocoral
I was really hoping for a lower beltline...
RichardJensen
It's going to be just fine. BTW: Current Fusion interior paired w/Taurus spy shot interior: About all I'll vouch for based on these spy shots is that the front end is going to be more blunt than the Fusion's, and that the vehicle is definitely going to be CD4 derived. atomcat68
And like the current Taurus, the grille will be an upside down version of the "Aston Martin" grille.
Sherminator98
It could be the camo+angle+my bad eyes, but it looks very blunt and blocky compared to the Fusion or present Taurus. The grill looks higher and slightly more vertical then the fusion, but the grill is pushed out like it is on the Fusion and Mustang...its just hard to tell with the camo on it.
