That's what I said to begin with lol. I agree it makes no sense for a C2 Nautilus if you can pair it with the Mustang model. He interpreted your statement "canned for a RWD CD6 Mustang CUV" literally meaning they'd drop Nautilus because they're putting money to the Mustang model.

All the tax rebates did was create artificial demand and allowed higher pricing. Trump and the conservatives aren't anti-ev. They're against favoring EVs and punishing ICE mfrs. There is plenty of demand now for EVs and relaxing the draconian CAFE rules are simply allowing buyers to buy what they've always wanted. CAFE killed small cars as much as changing consumer tastes. It was a good idea initially and resulted in huge improvements in fuel economy across the board. But then it hit the wall where it was so difficult to meet requirements that it was better to just stop building them.

That's not how it works. Freightliner picked GM then hired Rousch. No betrayal.

100% they have to be subsidized. It's just a shame China is propping up their companies and industries, whereas we seem to almost be actively working against ours. Not just ditching things like the tax rebates, but also just the fact that this administration has this almost anti EV sentient to it. Just feels like a massive misstep. -
Bluebird has committed to using the Ford 7.3L until 2030. Also, Bluebird has stated they will use the 7.3L in the F-53 and F-59 stripped chassis how that Bluebird owns them and Detroit Chassis. Roush has set up a new division specifically to handle GM engine and transmission integration for other OEM's, so it isn't like Roush is walking away from Ford.

Correct-the current model would be axed but the name moved to CD6 -
Exactly, but when I said exactly that you said this: Or were you trying to say move Nautilus to cd6?

Loyalty?!? It's all about making $$ in a capitalistic system that also enhances investor value. -

No, what is the point of keeping the Nautilus on the C2 if it can be moved to the 2 row CD6 "Mustang CUV" that is being talked about? So what I'm thinking: Corsair: UEV platform Nautilus: 2 Row CD6 Bronco based Lincoln Aviator: 3 Row CD6 Navigator: Fullsized SUV
