I doubt it.  I don’t think they want to pay any more plus I think they just want something new,  Mach 5 has a nice ring to it.  

I wonder if Ford will license the "GT500" name from Shelby again or will they make up a new performance variant name like what they did with "Dark Horse".

I like it. Some of Honda’s better styling more recently. My mother-in-law had a 92 Prelude back in the day and it was a fun car to drive.

I like it and I don't at the same time...not a fan of the front end treatment, it looks too much like a Hyundai Tiburon and the back 1/4 looks like a mid 1990s era Eclipse 

The new S+ Shift is a complete puzzle to me given the way the 2-motor Honda Hybrid works.  I will definitely research when more information is available.  Any time the word “simulated” is used my skepticism goes on overdrive.    

It's possible!  Maybe we'll see GT500 sooner, and CE1 will debut.

Yes, the Don Peterson years.  A product guy who went on to become CEO.  He encouraged Ford to be more daring with styling (the aero look), worked with Edwards W. Deming to improve Ford quality, and openly worked with the UAW which was unheard of back the.  For a few years in the late 80's, Ford made more money than GM.  A really good CEO who was forced to step down early because of poor relations with the Ford family.
