Yep. Signing up for Ford spam. It's not really a pre-pre-order anything, just the usual "sign up for updates".

No, that's a new RS 200 coming out soon. But it's a restomod and not coming from Ford directly. But Ford seems to be pushing the escort/RS 200 pairing at several events, so maybe that could hint at what we'll get when this new race to road rally strategy comes to life. A new more affordable escort hatch, and a new off-road supercar RS 200 perhaps. -
Keypad is listed as Optional across all 4-door units across all trims.

Got it. I’ve seen quite a few Ranger Toads. I love ours. It’s an amazing truck.

I’m under the impression it’s a big/long vehicle. In a car that seems as large as it does, this back seat room and door opening is inexcusable, IMO…. this guy is somewhere around or just over 6’0 and set the front seat where he’d sit from what I understand

Oh, I also noticed that the keypad is integrated into the b-pillar now.....not sure if that's standard or an option....

I was going to come and say the same thing - they're still listing the 5.0 alongside of course the 5.2, so where does this fit in? There's obviously GTD at the top with a stratosphere price bracket. Then, we know Dark Horse "SC" (ugh) is the GT500 replacement. I had looked at the "regular" Dark Horse as a sort of GT350 replacement, but I guess in a way it's more of a "GT + " So perhaps this 5.4 model will fill the proverbial GT350 slot in between the Dark Horse and Dark Horse SC? They'll probably do something dumb and call it Dark Horse S (no C).... Unless it does slot above Dark Horse SC......but regardless of where it slots in the lineup, it also seems odd to be adding another performance model in there so soon before/just as the SC gets rolling......

Good morning everyone! After seeing all kinds of new factual detailed info about the 2027 Bronco yesterday, Ford FINALLY rolled out the order guide late in the day. I'm still reading through it trying to figure out not only what they're saying for sure is different, but also what's different and they're not outright telling us. There's always something we discover as we order or build these things. 100%, it used to really be the wild west, there were a couple "package" items but most things could be had through free standing option selections. The Fusions changed that first, then every other model plugged into the idea at least somewhat. Trouble is, that leads to some goofy packaging - the old "in order to get A, you have to have B and C, but if you also have D you can't do it at all". About the only thing that's really build it your way is the Transit, and God help those who have to order those things frequently enough to have it be an issue, and not often enough to be quickly proficient. You can definitely option/price a Big Bend well past a reasonably set up Outer Banks. This is from the Tech Specs for the 2027 Explorer. It's probably just enough data to get folks tripped up. Yeah, the body/roof combos are goofy... but it looks like "Hard Top, Painted" does a body match. It doesn't work on Build & Price currently, just tried it. I also know I'd sent a "vehicle on the ground" photo from another dealership to my wife to show her Ruby Red with Ruby Red hardtop a couple months ago. Clicking through hard tops on Build & Price, it seems none of the hard tops are adding in the OBX section.

This seems odd, and probably another Build & price glitch if I had to guess. The order guide probably sheds better light on it, but I'm too lazy to look.

Seems unnecessary. Isn't this essentially just a "sign up for emails" sort of thing if you're interested?
