  1. They didn't waste any time, running a commercial for it early in the Thursday Night Football game last night, with Chase Elliot and others,,,, HRG
  2. That truck must be made out of unobtanium. I check 3 different zip codes (CHI, DFW, DET) with a 100 mile search radius, looking for a F-450 XLT CC, not a single result. HRG
  3. Actually, the die was flown to Europe. https://www.freep.com/story/money/cars/2018/05/16/ford-launched-international-airlift-restart-f-150/617196002/ HRG
  4. he works at MAP, but he's often said he lives near FRAP. HRG
  5. I'm struggling with trying to understand how you arrived at that 25% of sales figure. Since Ford does not publish sales by trim level, and the only published numbers (by FordAuthority in 2020) mentioned much lower, like 13%, would you please share the context or documentation to support your statement? In 2019, when we were shopping for our Edge, my wife test-drove a ST, and REALLY liked it. But, I just couldn't spend the premium, much less afford the up-coming speeding tickets she would be getting,,,,, HRG
  6. That Ka makes my son's i10 look big! I hope to be back in Cologne in late October, and tour the Cathedral again. HRG
  7. It will be interesting to see how Maverick affects that ATP number, as units start being delivered later this year. HRG
  8. If it's 4 doors and 2-rows, there are also Bronco Sport and Bronco 4-door to consider. I could easily see a 2-row Explorer, with 6"-9" less rear overhang, as an Edge replacement. HRG
  9. For those in the LA area, this might be of interest. HRG
  10. You're welcome. I hope that's not the problem, but if it is, a good dealer will make the process pretty painless. HRG
  11. I'm not quite sure how he can be accused of cherry picking, when he has tried to stay on the Tundra reliability topic, yet others attempted to de-rail the thread by dragging Tesla into the conversation in an attempt to discredit his postings? You kids go have fun, time to fire-up the BBQ. HRG
  12. Can we catch our breath here? Looking at CR's site, they have multiple rating categories, rperez is specifically talking about the "reliability" one, the 103 score was a different category, from what I'm reading. https://insideevs.com/news/328671/tesla-model-s-scores-103-points-on-consumer-reports-0-100-rating-scale/ HRG
  13. You know, that "puff" of blue smoke first thing in the morning helps keep the mosquito population in check,,,,, Nicely done, HRG
  14. Some days it's better to be lucky than good. Great that a short-term solution worked out for you. HRG
  15. I spent 3 nights in Sterling Heights this week, Michigan as a whole had a helleva weather week, with thousands still without power. HRG
  16. For the sake of the employee's, I hope that $9B profit projection is achieved, so they see a decent profit-sharing check next March, after so many weeks of plant shut downs. Doesn't help the dealers that have had little stock to sell, though. HRG
  17. Meanwhile, in other news, a team of Ford employee's is en-route to Missouri to remove chips from damaged F-150's,,,,, HRG
  18. Probably. When they replaced my 1.5 under warranty, they only sent the short block, as the TSB indicates to re-use the head. HRG
  19. It's easy enough to tell them apart. When the replacement block arrives, and before it's installed, ask to see it. If there is a slot between the cylinders, refuse it. If it has a small angular drilled hole, it's the new version. HRG
