Shawn704
?!? Has that always been the case? I thought the KA had been around longer. It has, Ford and Fiat are partners in a joint venture that started since 2005 for the Ka and 500 development. The Ka will be on the same platform as the 500. Ford Jellymoulds
Will Ford be holding a launch party for the Ka anywhere Nick just interested? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CN3e9TLUPnY ON Wednesday the city of Turin will hold an allnight party for 250,000 people. It will be celebrating the launch of a new Fiat car. There will be an extravagant son et lumiere and firework display on the banks of the River Po and special events in public squares and bars and restaurants all over town. Fiat were in the same deep brown stuff as Ford were, Fiats recovery was PRODUCT LED they are now making big profits, Fords has been slashing jobs and lets hope for the best, what car do you think has most turned around Fiats fortunes? http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/busi...icle2009327.ece Edited July 29, 2008 by Ford Jellymoulds

Pretty difficult to really give a car that small any sort of unique body shape. It's a case of form follows function for the most part. At least the details look pretty good. Unknown25
this would be a great premium car for Mercury, since they could get away with selling it at the same price as a Smart. It would be the same strategy MB has been pursuing with selling Smarts and MBs next to each other on the dealership lot. They are getting to be very popular out in California, and I know a few people who would trade their civics and corollas in for a more fuel efficient and easier to park Ka, which is exactly what people in big cities want. I hope they designed this car to meet U.S safety standards, but probably not. Could this be Mercury's new "white space" vehicle. Either that or a premium fiesta would be interesting.
