Anthony
Quote The Fiat that brought the brand back to America is going away after this year. All forms of the 2019 Fiat 500 — hatchback and convertible — are being discontinued with the current 2019 inventory being sold off through 2020. This includes the electric, standard turbo and the Abarth iterations. Once the little 500 is gone, Fiat's lineup will consist of the 500X crossover, 124 Spider sports car and the 500L micro-minivan thing. https://www.autoblog.com/2019/09/01/2019-fiat-500-hatchback-cabrio-abarth-ending-production/
Dequindre
The Fiat brand as a whole should be cancelled in the U.S. This may be the first step.

It most likely is. The 500 was the best seller, so anything left certainly can’t maintain a dealership. This is “starving” dealers for sales until they eventually close up or switch to some other manufacturer. Gets around franchise laws.
sullynd
I do seem to see a fair amount of Alfa’s though. Are they all sold from the same dealership?

There were some co-branded Alfa/Maserati/Fiat dealerships back when FCA was pushing that combo, but I've seen some stand-alone Fiat dealerships as well. The only one I know of near me is a combo Alfa/Fiat dealer which is right next to the largest Porsche dealer in the area.

Depends on the particular dealership. For example, Fiat of Fort Worth is paired with Alfa-Romeo. But Classic Fiat in Arlington, TX is paired with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. 630land
All over car message boards, especially Mopar fan sites, posters love typing "FCA this", "FCA that" but then hate Fiat products. Well, what do they think the F in FCA means? Edited September 5, 2019 by 630land
