I hate starting new threads unless absolutely necessary, so I'll put it here in this celebrity thread.   I've seen pictures of the Beatles in a Ford Transit van in the UK. Here in the US, you'd always see them in a Cadillac in 1964. So it's very refreshing to see them in a 1964 Ford Galaxie convertible right at the beginning of this video! I wish he could have remembered what they were. Hard to think of an accessory that would be considered silly.

I asked him some other questions under my OneAlienBoi profile on the maverick forums. Apparently it's gonna have some accessories, but he said they were silly and would appeal to people under 35 mostly. 

A post over on mavericktruckclub seems to corroborate this. Take this with a grain of salt, but the poster mentioned he was in a focus group for this vehicle. He said the base version would be 30k with RWD and 200 mile range. The AWD version with extended range would be 35-38k. He mentioned thinking it looked like a Kia/hyundai at first. He also mentioned the mid gate, very modern looking interior with the large screen, and the ability to power your house like the lightning could. Also a power tailgate.

Mentioning that "some" customers are expecting about 300 miles of range certainly suggests that the midsize Ford EV pickup may not feature a total range figure near 300 for the standard range model. Will Defender devolve into a rebadged Cherokee? I can't imagine Defender surviving intact given sub-30,000 annual sales. I speculate that there will be a North American Defender and a ROW one, or else Stellantis US builds all Defenders- 115K sold globally last year. 

Did Ford remove the Lincoln logo from the building as well?
