Ford's been trying to do some fox body throwbacks with the s650. The interior design and fx package being the best example. I also mentioned the 90s, and there are rumors Ford might use the new edge as styling inspiration for the next gen, which would be a massive mistake imo. So other brands are definitely trying -

Correct, inventory at 173K is pretty skinny considering Ford likes to run around 220-250k max Even with sales just under 48K, Ford is prioritising builds to the more profitable, fast moving versions. Maybe need to see the quarter result but definitely down about 10,000 last month vs Jan 2025.

The US is going through an unpresented growth in energy requirements for manufacturing and AI, so I don't think their will be too much an issue in selling batteries to people for energy storage. -
Or have another contingency plant to switch to……LOL, sorry couldn’t resist… (Happy Birthday) Hey Texasorta, So thinking this through, Ford sees a big market for battery production but, If Tesla is already heavily engaged in supplying industrial batteries, will there be enough buyers for Ford?

Except they'll have to make some sort of announcement because they have a more updated version than we did, so unless the updated one just shows up at dealerships, they'll have to say something...
