A survey by S&P Global Mobility found:   The high purchase price of an electric vehicle is the biggest barrier for potential buyers on a global scale, a recent study from S&P Global Mobility shows. Almost half of all respondents to the survey listed affordability as the main concern when considering a new EV.   When it comes to range anxiety, most respondents said they would accept a minimum EV range below 300 miles, while only 29 percent would prefer a minimum range above 300 miles.

S650 is effectively a refresh of S550. So why bother with a second refresh 😄   To Sherminator98's point, there isn't much competition currently for Mustang coupe/vert from other automakers. So it's no surprise the big shots at Ford want to stick with the status quo. 

If its say 250-275 and its "cheap" (Under $35K) I don't think people will complain too much.

Well the 2024 was a new body style, so maybe they'd get a light refresh in 2028 when the sedan comes out?    its not like it really has that much competition either...LOL

Hmmmm.....       Most manufacturers, including Tesla, claim that EV customers are unwilling to accept a range of less than 300 miles on a single charge. Asked whether he agreed with this analysis, the answer was a flat "No."

Knock on wood, I haven't had too many issues with mine.

I realize that they gave limited views from angles you wouldn't see the car at, but that 3/4 hip area looks gross/way too chunky.

At this point I'd be perfectly fine using the current front and rear end of the car on the sedan if it comes out in the next 18-24 months and then do a full refresh of both of them in 2030 after the sedan is in production for a couple of years. 

If memory serves correct, the last new model that was introduced was the Maverick and that’s been 5 years ago.
