you'all ain't going to want to read this, but mark my words, it's going to get worse, a lot worse. Diesel here in south central MI is running 5.39-5.49. My forecast in the spring was 7.50. I still believe we're going to see that. -
I think most Chinese auto makers are no longer interested in the US market; the global markets apparently are now more important to them. Some already have plants in Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Not as boring but also no longer as hot. UK was one of its strongest markets, as of H1 2026 it's at 16th. H1 2026 Top 3 in the UK. 1st place: Ford Puma (probably the last best-selling Ford model in the UK that isn't a commercial vehicle) 2nd place: Kia Sportage (the short version) 3rd place: Jaecoo 7 (From Chery's premium European style brand, outsold Puma in March 2026)

I like everything about it accept the light cluster below the headlights. It feels very Mitsubishi to me which I don’t love. Would it be a deal breaker, probably not.

Remove and stow is an intersection idea to me but in practical terms I don’t see it being a very popular choice. -

I've changed out my 5th wheels electric brakes for hydraulic. I now want to tow a trailer behind the 5th wheel... and yes it's legal where I intend to do that. I can tap into the brake signal at the hydraulic system in the front compartment of the 5th wheel, but I have the truck set to electric over hydraulic. What does that setting do in comparison to electric setting? -
Looks like power up became an option on the high package in 2021 and then standard across the levels in 2024. Still using the step, not the "Pro Access Tailgate" barn door. Me, if I had Oprah-money and wanted a beast of a truck, I'd get a loaded up Tremor with the 5.0 and slap the supercharger setup onto it. Likewise, if I was going for a street truck or lowered truck, I'd start with a Lariat and do the same, plus lowering kit and wheels and such. The Lobo package baffles me really. It's all look, and $60k for a lowered STX makes me twitch a little.

I think they were required to "over recall" for a period of time as part of a penalty for not properly doing a recall in the past.

I know. I was just referring to you saying how a two tone paint job that lines up with some of the lines could look good, and I was agreeing.
