Now this is how you become successful in life, tell folks what to say and how to think. Thankfully the BOF moderators aren’t making decisions for auto manufacturers. Anyway, I’m relieved that Ford is apparently listening to customers and bringing back sedans (in different forms under different names) that were so “unprofitable” for decades. Let’s get back on topic for real this time. -

So all tariff percentages revert to pre 2025 levels approved by congress? USMCA has not been renewed at the moment, so this could be a continuing headache… We do live in interesting times, who knows what this means for automakers’ plans

If that was the case, you wouldn't have responded....IMO your just taunting now and your close to getting booted off here again because your going back to your old behaviors. -
Adding S650 based four door vehicle is adding a low cost derivative development and most importantly, good incremental product sales for FRAP without much upgrade.

You don't get it, do you? You can't make it wrong for people to feel something you disagree with. Why hijack this thread for something so unimportant?

Opinions are I like this, I don't like this, I'm disappointed, I wish they would make something else, I wish they didn't cancel X. Personal preferences. For every Fusion buyer that Ford lost they added a Maverick or Bronco Sport buyer. For every Focus buyer they lost they added a Bronco or Ranger buyer. The folks buying those new products spend way more on average and are much more passionate about their vehicles. And Ford makes way more profit to boot. Those are facts not opinions.

The examples in the story very easily can be chocked up to driver error. If the vehicle computer data can show physical override of the accelerator. One didn't even have Blue Cruise installed... I have driven over 100k miles the last 4 years with either Tesla FSD active or now Blue Cruise on my Expedition and Lightning. The Blue Cruise system feels much more stable and consistent of the two. It has never put me in a dangerous spot, but i also keep my eyes forward because it is a next level nanny about keeping your eyes forward when in BC mode. Only complaint i have is the system will randomly decide Blue Cruise cannot be used on highways I've used it on numerous times previously. It will keep itself in adaptive/lane assist mode for unknown reasons.
