The truck I saw was a 90s cab with an 80s bed, not the 90s version. This is the bed, notice the taillights and badass Ford stamp: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1986-ford-f-150/ Now imagine the black bed attached to the front of the red truck (painted to match of course) It was unusual but very cool Edited February 4, 2019 by probowler

As long as it comes with the porn red interior; I'd buy that for a dollar! Edited February 4, 2019 by probowler

I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting on tunes from Ford unfortunately. It’s a shame, as it seems like it missed opportunity on easy money for them. It took about 2 years for Ford to come out with the tune for the 2015 Mustang. They say they are waiting on CARB certification for the 2018-2019 Ecoboost tune. Kev-Mo
I always thought a Regular Cab Flairside had a true classic look through all the generations . This was my '97. 4.6 with 5 Speed Manual - I really miss that truck! Edited February 6, 2019 by Kev-Mo
fordmantpw
My 99 with the 5.4L. Loved and miss it too!
rmc523
I love those '97+ flaresides. My dad had a white one, lowered, with custom wheels and a supercharger.

That's a classic Anthony, I had a '92 with that style also. Where are you sand dune 4wheeling? East Cost I presume. I'm in the Mountain West now, but I'm from the east and in a previous life I used to take my '79 F-150 (my 1st truck) to tip of Cape Cod and we had a blast. Had to take the tire pressure down to 12 psi or so for the full size truck to float on the soft sand. I had pictures of that truck running the dunes but long before the days of digital storage so I likely won't be able to find the actual photos. To everyone else - keep posting photos of your awesome Ford Trucks! Love them all!
