unreal...I would guess theres been some knowledge gained from their racing program as well....oh the SOUND! -
from my standpoint its working....I just hope it doesnt set a precedent when the program stops....because for some customers they will expect similar discounts....

I don't argue that 'Gear Up' might have better, broader incentives for most folks. But I don't fly hardly ever, stay in hotels 3-4 nights a year, I don't golf nor attend concerts or sports frequently, yada yada. so points/incentives for such things aren't of interest to me. As @rmc523 says the jury is still out. -

A distinction without a difference if Gear Up rewards work the same way, which is exactly what they’re implying. They even said “enhanced earning opportunities and redemption options so it might actually be better than FordPass.

"Gear Up" points aren't FordPass points, though, which is his complaint.
