Tryin' to be everything to everybody ain't always a prudent business strategy, but maybe Hyundai Group is in a better position to make it work compared to Ford, where it was a disaster.

Neighbor (female, late 20s, early 30s "Digital content creator" 😆) just bought a $180k maybach GLS and my $60k Nautilus looks way better.

I meant they look the same as all the other MBs.

That's awfully aggressive, and I don't see them doing much for trucks and offroaders. The sedan and generic crossover market is there for the taking if you don't mind miniscule profit margins.

Allegedly. For now. Until Ford changes plans 3 times, canceling, uncanceling and canceling again.....

Hyundai And Genesis Will Launch 58 Models In America By 2030 The body-on-frame Boulder concept we saw this week at the 2026 New York Auto Show is just the tip of the iceberg for a broader product offensive. Hyundai will roll out 36 new or updated models in North America between now and the end of 2030. In a letter to shareholders, CEO José Muñoz said the next-generation Elantra and Tucson will debut in South Korea this year, so expect to see them stateside as early as 2027. Hyundai intends to flood the U.S. market with passenger cars, SUVs, trucks, and commercial vehicles over the next five years. Additional trim levels, including the high-performance N and the rugged XRT, will complement the model onslaught. To cover all tastes and preferences, there will be a rich mix of gasoline, hybrid, and EV models. Additionally, range-extending electric vehicles are on the way, using a combustion engine to generate electricity and charge the battery. On the luxury side, Genesis is also keeping busy, planning to launch 22 models within the same timeframe. As with its parent company, not everything will be an SUV; some will be passenger cars. Hyundai’s Mercedes rival also aims to diversify the lineup with new derivatives, more trim levels, and next-generation powertrains. I'm guessing that number count includes various trim levels too, not different nameplates.

Well, considering they're all based on one another......lol One's a coupe version of the other, and the GLS is basically an extended length GLE.

NYS already collects a "tire recycling fee" on every new tire sale and it is an included "line charge" when you buy a new car. Some states also have annual safety inspections that include minimum tire tread depth. Take a look at Facebook Marketplace - used tires abound there. -

I would presume that any block heater kit available from Ford should include instructions on how to install it and properly wire it into the vehicle including wire routing. I would check with the dealer and see if they have a kit and if so, does it have that info with it. -
Maybe the big shots thought it was a Model T Moment? 😄 Back in 2003, Ford offered Centennial Edition Focus, Taurus, Explorer, F-Series Super Duty, and Mustang. Available in any color - as long as it's black.
