I have seen those.  Basically a heavy duty F-100 with F-250 axles, front hubs, and wheels.  Theory behind the F-130 was to address component shortages. 

Ford seems to think their dealers shouldn't be able to fix their cars either.

I'm 6'4" with a 36" inseam.  I was pleasantly surprised how much front seat room I found in the Bronco Sport.  Both headroom and legroom.  Probably the main reason we bought one.

The Bronco Sport and pre 2020 Escape are just about identical in size.    From a front seating perspective-in the real world the current escape and Bronco Sport are identical in size.    I’ve owned/driven all three and my wife has zero complaints going from a 2017 Escape SE with the 2.0L Ecoboost to a 1.5L Ecoboost Bronco Sport. There is a slight difference in power over 40-50MPH but otherwise identical and she went from fueling up two times a week to once a week with the BS. 

Well given what EVs are supposed to offer-fixing a vehicle like that will be almost impossible to fix in general with a single CPU with software controlled devices in the vehicle.    It is a double edged sword-you have to balance repairability vs security of the system from people hacking it.    The way I look at it is as long it’s easy to reboot the system for the end user (which would normally fix 80-90% of issues) it shouldn’t be a problem 

Well I know a local convenience store that does that so you can save $$$ on gas…

I mean I feel like it’s not as hard to “hide” a new trim level as it is to hide a whole new vehicle.
