Food for thought...maybe the 25K utility is reworked C2 that uses the lessons learned from UEV program for cost savings and the C2 platform goes through a refresh cycle starting with the Cheap Utility, then Bronco Sport, Maverick and whatever else is coming off C2. They might be able to squeeze out an extra 40K units at the existing plant without spending a huge amount of $$$ because of the new manufacturing processes. 

Also exports to ROTW possibly. Mexico + Canada is 150k F-150 sales. If 40% of that is Super Duty (since last year it looks like 40% of F-series produced are super duty) then those two can absorb 60k and the other 40k capacity can go to the US. That hurts the margin of the plant but unless those sell at a loss it would make sense still.
