Tornado
The Flex looks much better.
JLaudioF150
The Flex looks much better. That says it all. I don't think this car will be the 'hit' ford need right now. Oh well, so what else are we expecting Ford to reveal for this year's NAIAS?
rcf8000
I guess I'm in the minority here, but I like it. As I see it, the MKT will be successful because it has no direct competition. I suppose the closest would be the Mercedes R350, but it's ugly, underpowered, and expensive.
ANTAUS
Reminds me of that 70s or 80's Cadillac that had that droppy butt, looked like a ramp, whats the name of that thing.....?
Pioneer
I hope people like this ugly thing. :o
BORG
I get the sense that Lincoln is chasing the Buick Enclave with this thing, unfortunately the design is a mess. A few elements work here and there when viewed individually, but definitley not the rear. I'll know more when I see it in person. The interior is okay, but oddly disappointing. Ford design continues to struggle with wildly inconsistent results. Like the Flex, I don't think people are going to be in the mood for something that looks this freaky. suv_guy_19
:o Sometimes things are just ugly...although I promise that it will grow on me.
jpd80
I see it in the same light as the Toyota Venza and that other ugly thing from Cadillac. The motor companies are trying to make a low rider CUV that weighs near on the same as a sedan but keeps nearly all the good points and utility of a CUV. Bigbuck15
That is one sexy booty if you ask me,I think it looks cool if you ask me.
NickF1011
That is one sexy booty if you ask me,I think it looks cool if you ask me. Doesn't look quite as bad from a higher shooting angle. And the red paint helps hide the disgusting plastic surrounding the Lincoln logo. Still digging it in profile. grbeck
Reminds me of that 70s or 80's Cadillac that had that droppy butt, looked like a ramp, whats the name of that thing.....? The 1980-85 Cadillac Seville, which had a chopped-off rear that was supposed to recall the classic Rolls Royces of the 1940s and 1950s. grbeck
The Venza and SRX are MUCH better designs. Venza, yes, but SRX...?
Anthony
Not feelin' this one. Not one bit.
Michael Reynolds
Venza, yes, but SRX...? The Venza isn't even in the same class as this vehicle, and I'm really not digging the SRX that much (still a different class of vehicle). The R Class and Q7 are ugly as well, if it makes anyone feel better.
silvrsvt
after seeing that tail shot of the MKT and now the MKC concept, I wonder if the "bustle rack"/decklid rear end is going to be a Lincon styling mark

OHV 16V
Well if you ride in one you don't really have to look at the outside.... Somebody told me that about fat chicks once, didn't change my policy on them any.....
Bigbuck15
The MKT starts at $44,995 with the 3.7 and the Ecoboost MKT starts at $49,000.That makes me think the MKT will replace the Navigator. It doesn't have many options just AWD,Dvd headrests,2nd row heated cooled seats, color types and a second row frige. jasonj80
Somebody told me that about fat chicks once, didn't change my policy on them any..... 50% of fat chicks asses look nicer than this things ass. It is just UGLY. Its good that the 3 people that bought the last generation SRX have a vehicle they can buy now. How could they get the MKS and Taurus so right and this so so so wrong. It needs to have 700hp to compensate for how it looks -- Horsepower is like money on fat chicks the more they have the more you can over look the flaws in looks Edited January 12, 2009 by jasonj80
V8 Ford
Looks better upright on the road than it did against the wall on its side. I'm glad to see how true it stayed to the concept, I just wish I didn't have to wait another week to get a good look at it in person. Deanh
Borg will be happy, looks like the car has front end proximity sensors...hell know when those curbs LEAP out in valid attempts to gouge his Chromeys....LOL!
Arniect
The rear view reminds me of the Focus zx3 and zx5 hatchbacks, the same high tail lights and funny looking empty area under them. Without seeing this in person the rear end ruins the vehicle to me at this point.
