More of the car is supposed to be revealed tonight when the official embargo drops.

ANTAUS
Headlights remind me of the Silverado's, not a good thing...
rmc523
Honestly, it looks like a refresh of the 2008 model. I'll reserve judgment for better pictures later tonight, but right now, I'm kinda meh on it. Edited September 23, 2015 by rmc523

NLPRacing
I'll reserve judgment until I see it in the flesh tomorrow. http://justboltons.com/2017-ford-f-250-super-duty-leaked-on-youtube/

Pioneer
I still think the bodyside height looks too short. Maybe because it is lower than the window sill?

I'll reserve judgment for better pictures later tonight, but right now, I'm kinda meh on it. Dude, it looks nothing like the '08 model. Of course, I've got an '08 in the garage, so I see it rather regularly. The A-pillar back has a Dodgish look to it (which I actually like). Windows seem shorter, hood more squared off. Headlights...hmmm, I'm not liking them so far. Can't wait to see more pics tonight. I still think the bodyside height looks too short. Maybe because it is lower than the window sill? I believe you are right. The bed isn't as tall as the bottom of the windows. I think they kept roughly the same bed height, but the windows are a little shorter. The bed appears to hit between the bottom of the window and the kickdown near the mirror. Personally, I'm most interested in what's under the hood and what's underneath, not to mention the interior. Hugh
It looks like a larger F-150, no big deal. At least hopefully it's better than the last one in all things to remain at the top of the game.
02MustangGT
Is it really a larger F150 or does it share the same and bed?
fordmantpw
Is it really a larger F150 or does it share the same and bed? Cab is the same. Fenders are different with seemingly less sculpting on the Super Duty. Not sure on the bed size. The F150 has always had 6'-6" bed whereas the SD had 6'-9". 02MustangGT
Thanks, I totally omitted the word Cab haha. I noticed there was less sculpting in bed and fender panels. Curious on the overall dimensions vs the F150. We will all know more tonight/tomorrow!

94bronco
Looks like we all expected which is a spruced up F150. Couple things that I don't care for are the fender vent (Got rid of it in 2010 and should have kept it off), bed height is too low and front bumper is straight across the top again like the 08-10. The '11-'16 had the vent as well, though it was up higher. I'm thinking it is necessary for the PowerStroke.

Vent.jpg The ones on the 11-16 are not vents and are not meant to look it (the one in the picture is aftermarket), the 08-10 have a large opening in the fender for the vents. Perhaps for the 6.4 they were required.
Pioneer
I'm hoping this truck launches with the 10 speed. Would be a nice way to work the bugs out of the production system in preparation for the 150.
Bryan1
I like it a lot but I guess Jalopnik or Truck Yeah doesn't have to follow embargo rules. This is what I would expect on a forum but not on an actual site. Weren't they the ones that smashed some cars for GM awhile back?
Moosetang
Nitpicking details here: but while that grille is very tall, it also stretches so wide it overlaps the headlights. It's interesting that the SD is returning to a grille that emphasizes how wide it is while the F-150 has recently gone to one that emphasizes how tall it is. I wasn't referring to details - I just meant the overall feel of it. The front end design (especially the headlight shape into the fender) is similar to that '08 model. I agree from there back it looks different (though using the F-150 cab and not the same on it used since '98 guaranteed that). Cab is the same. Fenders are different with seemingly less sculpting on the Super Duty. Not sure on the bed size. The F150 has always had 6'-6" bed whereas the SD had 6'-9". Not sure about the size either, but it's definitely a different bed (or at least the skin is)....the taillights are different than the F-150. It's definitely nice to see an all new cab for the first time in nearly 20 years!
blwnsmoke
Pioneer, it will have the 10 speed. My connection had one in their garage all camo'd up outside and it has the 10 speed in it. He said the tranny is awesome!!
