While they did not have my VIN yet the lady informed me that I had $2500 private money certificate under my name that expired 7/6/22. What sucks is it could be something as little as heated rear seats holding up the build and I still won't have the option to opt out of it as it is standard on Platinums. I could careless about that feature. It has been unloaded off a rail car in Columbia for over a week. The dealer told me “this week” every week for the past 2 so far. I know they can’t control it but it’s definitely frustrating. Especially sense it’s only about 100 miles from the dealership. Original order was placed December 6th. White XLT ccsb 7.3 4.30’s with premium package fX4 and all the bells and whistles besides the 5th wheel prep and bed liner that I had to drop. That week my dealer had over 90 Super Dutys in the USOB and he got at least 24 serialised that week. Their website just populated today with 4 F-450's & 4 F-350's all with consecutive VIN numbers. My dealer is in Maple Ridge. Mine was built 9th April and shipped on 12th April. Currently sitting in a Chicago railyard. Did you check with the Maple Ridge Ford dealer? Bluedust11 Posted April 21, 2022 Share Posted April 21, 2022 Hi everyone! I ordered a F-250 CCSB 7.3. L V8 10-speed, Lariat, black out package November 11,2021 in Ontario. At time of purchase, my dealer said expect it in April but could be delayed. I’ve emailed each month since February. Every email is half a sentence long. “no info”. Now that I’m better educated, I want to know details. Like is it unscheduled- clean? What is the priority code? I asked him for the order number, which I did get, but it’s like pulling teeth. I want to ask for weekly emails or screen shots of the vehicle visibility report but don’t want to anger my salesperson either. So today I Facebook messaged Ford Canada. They are escalating it to the Ford Regional Customer experience specialist (CXS) who will work with my dealership to hopefully move things along. I’m hoping to get a Ford regional priority code (like a 2). cannot wait to get my hands on this baby. I’ve already had to cancel some trips for May because I need this truck to haul my trailer. In Feb 2022 I was notified it had moved to priority code 2. Nothing since. I contacted Ford last week and was told Unscheduled Clean. Just for reference. I am sure those who waited 8+ months for their build may have had a thing or two to say after a few months of putting in their order. I am okay with the wait, it's my dealer that stinks. I am grateful for this forum and especially this thread as it gives me a ton of information. But once I bring up some of the topics I learned on here, the dealership wants me out of the office pretty much. It's like we know top secret intel and they don't want to be made a fool of when in reality, I just want a little transparency. For example, my dealer will not tell me how many other orders are ahead of me and will not move me from priority 19 and will not tell me how many allocations they currently have. The Window Stickers are created just before the vehicle goes into production with the availability varying anywhere from the day of production to a week prior to production.
