Nice to see that they're actually moving forward with a refresh on a reasonable timeline instead of allowing it to languish.

I think it disappeared quietly. It's good that they seem to be moving forward with importing Corsair. They can't drop 1/4 of the lineup and expect good things to happen. I'm still curious about the timing, though.....seems like they should've announced this already to avoid a lag of production/supply. Maybe it's an effort to draw down inventory?

Am I the only one that likes the de-contented 2026 version better?

I would give anything to hear the thoughts of "he" on the current EV market. 😁

Would also like to see new wheel designs.

I don't think its been a thing in almost 8-10 years. I did a quick check of the Ford UK website and didn't see any mention of it as a trim level. Looks like the Titanium trim is the high end model like it is on some products in the NA market. -
Only by he who was banned. Pretty sure everyone else agreed.

I don't disagree - but was wondering if Vignale is still a thing for the "luxury minded" Euro crowd? -
Ford Initiates Stock Buyback To Avoid Dilution According to the Detroit Free Press, Ford will buy back up to 31.7 million of its own shares, news that comes to us from a recent regulatory filing. The reasoning behind this move is pretty simple - the automaker is aiming to offset potential common stock dilution that could occur with those shares stemming from its employee compensation program, as well as other convertible instruments, as some zero percent notes were due this month. The program is indeed an "anti-dilutive measure" that aims to offset the effect of share-based compensation, Ford spokesman Dave Tovar confirmed, which was granted to a number of salaried workers in March. When shares are distributed in this manner, it could dilute stock pricing because it introduces more shares into the market, so buying back some shares helps reduce that figure and offset any potential impacts. This isn't the first time Ford has executed a buyback after handing out share-based compensation, either - in fact, it did precisely the same thing in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, before skipping last year. As for the convertible notes, when a loan period ends, accrued interest must be repaid or converted into equity. Given its ongoing pivot to lower-cost EVs and hybrids/EREVs, coupled with broader global events, analysts note that now is a good time for Ford to execute such a move.
