Wow! @Sherminator98nailed it back on April 22nd.

No, that is wrong. My phone is connected just fine. I simply have no desire to stream media, as I have all my own music already (and I also live in a very remote area where constant internet connection just does not work). I have media files on my phone, and I also have media files on a USB stick. All media files play fine with or without Android Auto. BUT NOT FROM ANY VOICE COMMAND! My voice commands work fine for NAV and phone, so I obviously have them enabled. The problem, as I have stated many times, is that THERE IS NO VOICE COMMAND THAT WILL WORK TO PLAY LOCAL MEDIA FILES, WHETHER WITH ANDROID AUTO ENABLED OR WITH IT DISABLED (and just using whatever default player is in the car). The voice commands in the 2026 nautilus do NOT appear to work with ANY MEDIA PLAYER (I have tried 5 players), including ones that are shown in Google play store as compatible with Android Auto. The only exception is YTMusic, and that garbage app does not show any local media files from any source (even though it is SUPPOSED to have that capabilty). In my testing I have even copied media files directly to the car's internal storage AND installed YTMusic on both my phone and directly to the car's system so that it can play even without using Android Auto. Part of my testing was to disable Android Auto in an attempt to get the native voice commands to work with the USB files. THEY DO NOT. I assume a 2024 Nautilus has the same Sync system my 2020 Escape has, and THAT SYSTEM works perfectly with voice commands to play media. BUT the 2026 Nautilus DOES NOT HAVE THAT SYSTEM! My dealer tells me it was removed when they introduced the full panoramic dash display. I do not know what year that was, or even if that statement is true. But I DO KNOW that my 2026 Nautilus DOES NOT HAVE THAT CAPABILITY! If you have not actually tested a 2026 Nautilus, you CANNOT assume it works like any older Ford vehicle. I have even attached a detailed transcription from one of my testing sessions that proves exactly what this brain-dead car responds with every attempt to use voice commands. 2026 Lincoln Voice Commands.odt

Give Kamala Harris a run for her money for word salad? -
still not really sure what that guy (Hackett) really did….
-
correct but those products are about it which was my point. It’s not like the whole lineup is available globally.
-
And raw to the nerve was the failure to move the needle on electrification, Fields was fired and Hackett his replacement was charged with that priority. It’s not surprising that CD6 became a lower priority when the focus was on restarting what would be Mach E, getting a BEV Lightning and organising supply of BEVs from VW as the fast track to Bill Ford’s good graces.

That was that nebulous period between when Fields was let go and Hackett took over. IIRC, it was during the very beginning of Hackett’s tenure all that stuff got the axe. -
Global markets have had Mustang since 2015, T6 Ranger began in 2011… If it wasn’t for Ranger, Everest, Mustang and Transit Custom, Ford AUS would have nothing else to sell….
-
I guess the tell is “global markets”, not rest of the world markets so what he said is entirely true…. and perspective is important, Ranger reaches at least 125 markets, anything else looks small fry

I skimmed the 2027 Bronco Sport Order Guide and there was no mention of a hybrid power train for 2027. Maybe another hint that the Bronco Sport is being replaced by the $25k subcompact entry SUV being built in Hermosillo?
