It was still $3.14/gal at the Sam’s on Mingo when I stopped to fill up on Friday evening after work.

The more I see of it, the more it becomes clear that this was a case of some cool individual ideas and design details that just didn't work together. Someone on here mentioned the DRLs looked a bit like a Ford GT headlight, and they really, really do. They look neat, but the fluid and curved nose just doesn't work with the tall Prius style roofline imo.    Between that and the low, sloping nose, I feel like the ford GT was used as styling inspiration for this, which is an awesome idea,but the execution was lacking. Hopefully they revisit that idea in the future in a way that's more cool and sleek, and less dorky and clunky looking. 

It's too pricey of a trim for a mid-level luxury utility. Lexus doesn't even offer such an expensive upgrade for the RX. I mean, it's great if enough people are willing to pay that much for an upgrade.....

Yea, exactly. The Aurora interior theme is nice but ultimately this product is a Chinese overpriced boring anonymous unibody blob.     

Remember $80k is the new $60k and it is competitive with similar utilities.  

I had no idea these sticker for $80k and up. Seems too high for this class of vehicle. Like trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

I tend to agree with this perspective rather than  what has been posted in this thread:   ”Farley seems to be resting his hand on the back of the bed, and his hand seems to be resting over a bedside rail.
