There's definitely a chance of this, that they host this dedicated event and it's just talking about the engineering. But I feel like we've already learned a ton about the engineering and assembly process, and gotten virtually nothing in terms of design. I'm hoping we get more design info just to make things a bit more balanced.
We're not in a hurry to replace the plug-in. Also, I saw Ford recently waivered on its anti-car rhetoric. Perhaps they'll introduce something new and interesting in the next year or two. It's been a really long product drought.
The "Chinese quality" issue has been what's really holding me back. I'm mostly on the highway, so I'm not sure the hybrid moves the needle much for me. Did you get the hybrid or base turbo-four?
Except Subaru didn't sell a truck - they sold a sport activity vehicle with removable plastic rear seats that could then be used "like a truck-ish type vehicle".....thank you.
