And that’s probably the whole intent if it’s purpose is to draw in new customers to Ford (and maybe away from Tesla?) That last part is a bit cheeky….

Exactly, doing something like a curved side would be slightly cybertruck-ish, but there are ways to make that look a lot better, same with the shorter hood. Who knows, maybe it won't end have that styling feature, but it's looking more and more likely. -
Remember what I said about styling, similar proportions as Cybertruck but much better styling, the short hood is a bit controversial for existing truck buyers but folks from other brands/utilities will probably love it a lot more which no surprise is the intent of this vehicle. Ford needs to land this Fish, so they must avoid changing the starting price - that will be the big one.

Thank you for bringing it up, because I was meaning to, but I think we should revisit the idea that this truck could have some sort of angled pillar/ bedside. I know someone will say it doesn't show it in the areo graphic, but it's not like an areo graphic is gonna show every design detail. It doesn't really show anything beyond basic proportions, and even that is up for debate. So with that in mind, maybe we should rethink this image. At the time, some assumed it was just the tarp sloping down from the top of the cab. But looking at it in the context of those sketches, the angled sail pillar in the sketch looks pretty close to what is shown from this angle. Not exact, but in that ballpark. -
I hope the rear does not look like this. There was a reason Honda got rid of that look with their second generation Ridgeline.

Tfl showing a realistic version of that rendering. I do thing the front end looks good on this design. We have no real idea what the front end looks like it totality, especially things like the light design, but I hope it looks right in line with this. -
New member here trying to find out a little info on my 3.5 v-6 motor. It appears that there is a wet spot on the 2 sensors on the left side of the motor. Does anybody know what these sensors are and why the wet spot. I'm assuming that it is oil. Thanks for any replies.

It was a 2018. I don’t have it anymore. But yes I was saying in relation to other sports cars. Obviously compared to other vehicles it’s not the best but it’s better than other sports cars

Unless that just means some sort of mid gate that allows for different configurations that equal those sizes?
