Not since the days of the International pickups & Scouts. Their full line Int'l dealers could sell implements, tractors and class 1-8 trucks. It's uncommon for a customer able to "one stop shop" for class 1 thru 5-8. If the class 1-3 dealer is part of a group that has a class 4-8 store, they may be able to bird dog each other for the same customers' business, but the transactions are separate.

You are spot on, look at where the head lights sit, it’s a tell on the real slope that you’ve market.   Put it this way, if the UEV pickup was more like Car and Driver image, In think a lot more people would like it but that won’t give the needed aero.

It’s disappointing how Ford gives preferential treatment to the Chinese market, while Ford America languishes with older or no product.  

There's also the issue of driver and technician familiarity- For example, a fleet with a lot of F series pickups that needs bigger trucks is likely to buy a Ford medium because their drivers and techs are already familiar with Fords. 

Absolutely. Probably around the level of the mirror arms, I'd say a good 2-3 inches below the beltline. 

Besides the wheels, it probably won’t look much like this. It’s too high off the ground. Bumpers wrong. Zesty pointed out the differences in the hood slope. Plus the windshield isn’t sloped as much or long enough. Remember in the camo images we’ve seen, the windshield extends over a good portion of the front wheel well. Looks like they copied the front lights from the blue truck sketch. The rear cab has a bit of a buttress going on (slightly angled). Hopefully thats not accurate.

This is how the telo’s mid gate works. The rear seat backs are attached to the mid gate. Opening the midgate essentially is folding the rear seats down. Skip to about 2:30 in this video to see it.
