rmc523
There was a line of it replacing Wildtrak - so I guess they're taking Wildtrak out of the 2-door lineup.

Yeah it’s been more or less confirmed at least with the two door. I’m guessing the four door is getting some other special edition with a new name with the Wildtrack bits

I'd imagine 2-door sales were small (dividing up an already smaller percentage of sales into all the trims seems excessive). 2-door buyers are probably happy to finally get a special edition of some sort.
rmc523
Here's the official '25 order guide.... 2025 Bronco Order Guide (bronco6g.com) Good news - digital gauges across the board and rear HVAC on all auto 4-doors. Bad news - trims were dropped - Black Diamond is now a Big Bend package, and Wildtrak and Everglades are gone. That also means the tan interior option is now gone.

rmc523
I happen to like the tan interior of Wildtrak (it's what I got), but other than that and the lack of Sport mode (not sure why that couldn't be added to Badlands), the look of Wildtrak can be re-created with Badlands + Sasquatch + black appearance package. T-dubz
For a retro model, I don’t mind this. It looks better than the heritage and light years better than the free wheeling. I just see the market for this being extremely small. I don’t know many people who want a vehicle painted like race car. Replacing the wildtrak seems strange. IMO it would have made more sense to replace the heritage limited. One thing ford messed up on was the camera housing. It should have been black so it blended in with the spaces between the other letters.
ice-capades
The 2025 Bronco Order Guide is now available for download in the Dealer Order Guides section. Thanks @rmc523
The Handler
This looks pretty decent. I wish it didn't have the unnecessary "Bronco" decal though.

While detail wise I agree, it's not practical from a production standpoint, as it's a single piece, so they'd have to paint that one small area a different color. I understand the inspiration for this thing, but it kind of looks like they took a bunch of leftover parts and put them on one model lol. Deanh
I know looks are subjective...but to me theres just WAY toom much going on in teh way of too many colours, same can be said of the Limited Heritage interior...holy smokes batman....dont get me started on teh Bronco Sport with the rainbow on the sides...Who the hell signs off on those disasters ? the same guy that choreographed the Paris Olympics opening ceremony? same for the Freewheeling package....yikes...may be just me, but I totally prefer understated...no need for 4 or more exterior colors on one sole model ( or in the Limited Heritages case 5 or 6 interior colors )... total overkill Edited October 16, 2024 by Deanh
tbone
I’m not understanding the decision to dump Wildtrak. I think it has been routinely viewed as BRaptor lite and its price has gotten up there, so perhaps they felt it was robbing sales from BRaptor? I have no interest in these special additions like this. I think they would get old to look at pretty fast. I’m with Dean, I prefer monotone/understated. I heard someone say you could essentially get a wildtrak by adding Sasquatch and another package or two to a different trim.

It has the best grille (badlands), the best wheels (they appear to be an all black version of the optional badlands wheels from the first few years), painted square wheel arches, mod bumper, painted hardtop, 2.7, and a nice looking interior. This package would be hugely popular if ford offered it in a 4dr with normal paint and black grille. The stroppe livery could have been a stand alone option limited to 1000 (for Baja 1000) units, only available on the 2 door version with a price of $7500. That way you would still get the exclusivity of the stroppe livery, but also a mass market trim.

I swapped my Badlands grille out ( as you cansee ) ...way too fussy and a pain to clean...put in a painted base ( I dont recall correctly if it was base or Black Diamond ) grille...again...that grill ( Badlands ) was way too busy for my tastes...and then got the Black lettering...white was too "look at me"... I have the same grille as you, the big bend/outer banks. I like it well enough. My favorite is the base/black diamond grille. I said the badlands grille was the best because from my experience, it’s the one most people swap to. That or the black version on the wildtrak. But honestly, any grille would look good. I have to say, if you are painting your grille body color, that is probably the best one to go with. It looks really good on yours. I’ve seen badlands grilles painted to match the body and it did not look great.

I did it on mine and it cleans it up nicely (though i have the black grille so it allows it to blend in). 7 hours ago, akirby said: I heard someone say you could essentially get a wildtrak by adding Sasquatch and another package or two to a different trim. With the changes for 2025, you can do Badlands + Sasquatch + 2.7 + black appearance package and be pretty much equal to Wildtrak.....the only notable differences I see are the lack of sport mode, and interior color (black, not tan). 4 hours ago, T-dubz said: The stroppe bronco is the perfect bronco. Aka Wildtrak was the best (except it didn't have the square wells.....I prefer round for something that houses round things....wheels). You will definitely get the look, but I’m not sure the suspension would be as good. It is my understanding that HOSS 3.0 was only available on Wildtrak, which was a pretty significant upgrade over the 2.0 version.

I forgot to add that to my list of things you'd have to add to Badlands to equal Wildtrak.
fordmantpw
So, it looks like the only way to get a 2 door V6 is to get the Stroppe edition. That sucks (sorry, I don't like the color scheme)! A Bronco may be in our future (3-4 years), but I want a 2 door with the V6. The Wildtrak was my preferred series. Ugh.
