IDK man, even if Tesla revealed an affordable electric car today, given their track record of delaying products by years, I don't believe it would beat CE1 to market.
Maybe, maybe not. It just feels different this time. Even when Tesla has dipped hard in the past, they've always had that incredibly strong cult like following talking about how Musk could do no wrong. Those same people are the ones turning on Elon now.
You can lose buyers, but pissing off your biggest supporters is never a smart strategy long term. It's like the Bud Light thing, but a hundred times worse.
Musk may be intelligent but lacks wisdom or maybe it’s maturity. That stunt with chainsaws was the most idiotic and undignified thing I’ve ever seen a major company’s CEO do. Regardless of whether one believes the government must be reduced in size or not, acting like a fool who enjoys putting Americans out of work sent all the wrong messages. The behavior was insensitive and compassionless regardless of one’s political beliefs. Terminating people is often necessary, but should be done with respect in a dignified way.
Tesla should beat Ford to market with more affordable BEV, though Tesla’s version may not be an all-new car. Many analysts speculate it will mostly be a simplified and or decontented Model Y or 3. That’s not to say Ford won’t have a better electric car, or offer a more affordable price soon after.
Stock price is not an indication of a company’s fiscal health. Nor does a big fall impact the company’s bottom line.
Also, it’s still higher than a year ago so I don’t understand all the hand wringing. I just consider this an overdue market correction.
The SVT Ranger with supercharged 5.4L V8 is something else. Looks like there is space around engine for newer V8s that are narrower, whether Coyote or Godzilla. Obviously would have to be a DIY project.
HI Daniel Arguello and welcome to the Blue Oval Forums. I am not sure if you are referring to the switch that resets the fuel cutoff (i.e. after an accident etc.)? If yes, and you do not have your Owners Manual, I will download the PDF version of the 2010 Milan Owners Manual and look it up. Or you can download the PDF version of your Owners Manual yourself and find it: https://www.lincoln.com/support/
EDIT- I Googled "2010 Mercury Milan fuel shut off reset" and get the following (not sure how reliable/accurate it is): https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=2010+Mercury+Milan+fuiel+shutoof+reset
Get back to us and good luck.
