I still think it's a big mistake to just vacate the segment for 2 years, especially for Lincoln, which would be an absolute disaster for the brand.
Ford might be able to get by with Bronco Sport in an adjacent segment, and Maverick, but one has to wonder about plant capacity for those two models if they're projecting those sales growing with Escape leaving.
I think we'll wind up seeing Corsair (and maybe Escape) imported from somewhere at least in the short term until the new EVs get going.

Ford Bronco Sport Refresh On Track For 2028, May Include Hybrid
According to Automotive News, the Ford Bronco Sport is currently expected to receive its next refresh in 2028, which could include the introduction of a long-awaited hybrid powertrain option for the more rugged crossover.
Not sure why it takes so long for them to get a hybrid into it.
Also, they're reporting this as a refresh? I wonder if that was supposed to say redesign. Because that's way too long for it to go with minimal changes, especially if they're going with a different grille insert and calling it a "refresh".
I expected a longer cycle, but figured it'd be 5/9 or 10 with some sort of refresh in the middle at the 5 year mark, not skip it altogether and wait for a redesign. With the bolt on panels, it'd be even easier to do modifications. But we'll see.
Hi, I have a new 2025 Explorer ST-Line with the Premium package, ST-Line Street Pack, and panoramic roof.
The 360 camera views don't seem to include views of the sides of the tires, at least not that I can find. I can only find slightly magnified sections of the overhead views, shown by icons on top of the car where the tires are located, which are fairly useless. And the right-side mirror doesn't stick out far enough to see the right rear tire.
Almost all new GM cars with 360 cameras show giant close-ups of the tires, which is useful for avoiding curb rash. The "split screen" I want to see would be live front and rear tire close-ups, side by side. There's no technical reason this can't be done.
Thanks for any help!
Could be a wiper control module....the pictures in the below link look similar....good luck.

Always remember, Jac "The Knife" Nasser sold off the Heavy Truck division not because it was losing money (it wasn't)...just that it was not making enough money to satisfy his desire to dominate the market. He said (paraphrasing) "I can make more money if I put the $$ spent on class 8 in a bank and let it draw interest."
