I actually didn’t notice the door handle blades. The blurred lights are probably a red herring, they are exposing the wiring harness and many modules here.

It’s nice to see Ford finally engaging in the defense industry in a substantial way. Their products, Ranger through Superduty, are well suited for this and I’m surprised it has taken so long. I’ve used armored Everests overseas in the past and they were a nice product, though obviously upfitted. Point being, they were quite capable and reliable in an austere environment.

There’s been a few times where I’ll get out of the car with kids in it to run into a store for a moment and remote start it to keep the A/C or Heat going. -
We pretty much know it has a midgate. But the rumor is that the glass won't move, so more like a pass through like a sedan, with the difference being it'd (obviously) connect to the bed floor, vs. a trunk.

I could see a split rear window making sense on a more expensive EV truck, where there is a mid-gate. Likely easier to move two smaller window sections than the one larger one. If you've watched the rear glass come out of the Silverado EV you can tell its awkward for one person to remove. I cannot imagine this truck having a mid-gate when the top priority is affordability. -
Haven't seen any update on the ford site yet, I have a 24th build date. I get "We can't show your order right now. Please try again later." Wondering if anyone seen anything yet. -
Yeah, there's not much to analyze in this particular tease. Except maybe the mirror housing and maybe door handle blades.

If there's a small child in the back seat (which there shouldn't be if the vehicle is unattended, but...) when this happens, I could see an issue. But, yeah, recalls are getting a little out of hand. -
Only affects an UNOCCUPIED driver's seat? And that warrants a recall? This is ridiculous.

They do offer a package with the 2nd row console that has ventilated seats, starting with Reserve.
